That’s a beautiful place and it was a niceful holiday. The italian animation was so good with all the activities in the morning and the afternoon, especially Vito, Clemente and Manuela. This Three people are very nice and they are very active and talkative with international guests too

We asked for a suprise for our parents and the hotel staff was very helpful and friendly organising some special dessert and flowers. They even made the effort to wirte a emotional, personal letter in our name. My parents have been very happy with the superise and the hotel overall!

Worst experience in the 20 years we've been traveling all-inclusive. It's definitely not a 4-star hotel. Rooms are very poorly soundproofed. Shower is too small. Buffet is the same. Not enough cups for breakfast in the morning, no teaspoons, and coffee machines are often broken. (Not to mention one morning without a tea bag.) Insufficient number of rental cars for the hotel. Be careful, there's nothing you can do if you don't have a car.

Stay with friends under the sign of disappointments due to a very poor organization. Welcome hotel restaurant cleaning and entertainment team at the top. The 2 incompetents who take care of the excursions ruined our week. Forced to take taxis to visit Sardinia luckily Simon went out of his way to help us. Serena is 1 haughty person who addresses customers like dogs while the other one has no place in this position. The slightest remark she whines. Concerning the free shuttle well we are still waiting for it.

Brochure mentioning a 4* hotel but in reality it is a 2*. No internal telephone in the rooms and no wifi except at reception. No water fountain, you have to take drinking water from the restaurant or bars by the glass. The bars are talking about an all-inclusive package with a limited choice of drinks. Excursions with little or no explanation and some are completely removed. No French channel on TV (e.g. TV5 Monde). At breakfast, there are no teaspoons, glasses for fruit juices or water, cups and you have to ask for butter. At the end of the stay, no more tea bags, we are offered chamomile. No Sardinian evening, even though it was on the program. The entertainment is zero, just 3 aperitif evenings. At the restaurant, the food is okay, which I think is the only positive point of the stay, but the dishes are not always replenished quickly. The room cleaning is nothing to complain about. Having done several tours, stays and cruises with other operators, this was the first and last time with O VOYAGES;

Venivo da un periodo un po' così così e quindi ero un po' titubante nel partire . Però appena arrivata al villaggio mi sono ricreduta. Posto bellissimo , camere sempre pulite , una vasta scelta di cibo , camerieri sempre carini . E che dire dell'animazione 🔝 con Erminio , Matteo e Nicole super simpatici!!! E che dire di Nicole mio figlio Riccardo era "innamorato" di lei. Ci hanno fatto divertire tantissimo e per la prima volta nostro figlio voleva stare sempre con gli animatori e a noi non ci considerava più 😅 e non vi nascondo che nel partire ho "versato" qualche lacrimuccia.

Posto meraviglioso, con mare e spiaggia immersi nella natura. Mi sono rilassata e divertita moltissimo. Fantastica animazione con Heminio, Matteo e Nicole. Struttura ben organizzata fantastico tutto lo staff dai camerieri in sala al personale delle camere. Ci riandremo sicuramente.
