Very good and calm location. Property is clean and neatly maintained. Staff are very good and humble. Breakfast was good. Lunch and dinner is ok, need to improve in veg section. Kids pool is not maintained. Good for activities and nature loving people. Over all good, except for bit overpriced.

Property and location is amazing but not maintained well, not maintained clean inside resort n even in restaurant food is not that that great, room service is not available, spa therapy is amazing. Not taken

Jus visiting this property n i will review what no other reviews have written...the amount they charge n the service they provide is pathetic... They provide 3 times meal which has very little option n taste is average...they dn have a ala carte menu... there is no room service available...in case if u want any drinks or food in ur room nope they dn do it ...they have a tv in which there is no cable or satellite connection available... when i asked the house keeping abt my tv not working he said I will send some one to check on it...later i gt to know the whoe hotes has jus gt tv with no satellite light connection... only Airtel network available+ NO WIFI AVAILABLE IN THE HOTEL ...no first aid kit available...my kid had a era pain i told the manager if he could arrange for a ear drop from any near by medical would be helpful coz property vehicle keeps roaming in n out ..they were nt able to arrange that as well ...the rooms cealing was dirty with spider webs ..the room bathroom the switch bord was broken with wires hanging out... second day after complaing the food was lil better that average ..a big big zero to the service that they provided n the amount that they charge ....jus one good thing is thet the property is near to the river...n the activities they have is fair enough..n yes mr baradwaj who takes care of activities was very very good the kind of service we gr from him tats what we want....if u dn care abt yhe service then u can go n book it..but if u want a value to ur money then i guess they should improve the service (after complaing several time pooja the general manager was lil helpful) ...in short no value for money

Property Is good , bt there is no room service available n the food they give in buffet is very poor quality

Stay was nice and comfortable, and food was also nice. Staffs were courteous and helpful and prompt. Only point is food lacked variety, and with set menu you can think of adding milk and cornflakes in the breakfast and occasional chinese options in dinner to make it more variable. Or think of adding fish once in three days to keep it interesting.
