El hotel está convenientemente ubicado a solo cinco minutos a pie de la zona comercial de la ciudad, lo que es un gran punto a favor. La piscina es muy bonita, aunque el agua estaba un poco fría durante nuestra visita. En general, las instalaciones necesitan un poco de mejora; el ambiente podría ser más cálido y acogedor. Actualmente, los pasillos y el hall carecen de decoración, lo que les da una sensación bastante fría y poco acogedora.
La habitación es amplia y cuenta con vistas a la piscina y a los jardines, pero, como mencioné antes, también tiene esa sensación fría que podría mejorarse con algunos toques decorativos.
En cuanto al desayuno, hay margen para mejorar. No todos preferimos desayunar solo pan con mantequilla y mermelada; sería ideal ofrecer más opciones al estilo occidental. A pesar de esto, es aceptable.
Por otro lado, la ubicación es excelente para disfrutar de la vida nocturna; hay muchos locales agradables donde cenar en las cercanías, lo que añade valor a la experiencia.

Reviewing the dinner and we must say the staff were so wonderful, Ashif, Rikas, Nova and chef Danu made us feel so welcome and the food was tasty, plentiful and we left very full. Thank you all very much. If we are in Ella again, we shall come back.

The overall service were awesome. Our special thanks to Hanif,Vikas Thanujan for taking care us. The service were good. The menu was good. Well recommended place. They are friendship too. May look for them. It located in between town and easy to find.

We visited 88th Ella for our Honeymoon. It's a very nice place to stay in Ella.Food here was also very good. There is a facility for private balconies as well. Very clean and friendly staff!! The hotel is in a grate location within 5min walk of the main street.

The hotel is close to the main road but it is quiet. The room is big, nice and clean and has a good bed with fluffy pillows. We ate dinner at the hotel and Thuwan, Dhanujan and Tharusha were attentive and made the dinner a fun experience. Unfortunately we only stayed 1 night and didn't try out the pool.

The accommodation was basic. Not what we used to. The steward Thuwan however was great and made us feel very welcome. The chef Sanjula is very talented. He prepared a 3 course meal for us that was delicious. Clearly you could see that effort was put into the meals in terms of flavor profile and presentation.

We visited 88th Ella for our anniversary. It's a very nice place to stay in Ella if you are visiting Sri Lanka. Garan was really helpful in arranging a Candle Light Dinner for us. He took very special care of us. Food here was also very good. There is a facility for private balconies as well.
