We stayed five nights at this centrally located hotel. Although the website claims 23 meters superior room, our room was hardly 20 meters. They never responded to my e-mail queries and the senior reception staff were unwelcoming although junior staff were friendly and helpful, Because of this attitude, we would not stay in this hotel again.

We had 4 nights in this hotel on a short trip to our favourite place in the Pyranees - Luchon as our usual hotel was fully booked. The first such trip to France since travel abroad was allowed again. We had a very comfortable large room at the back over looking the mountain. Bed was large and comfy, with a fridge and a flat screen TV in the room. There was a very powerful shower although the bathroom itself was quite compact to navigate in. Breakfast was served until 10.30 which was great and was a delicious selection of most things you could want including scrambled egg, bacon and sausage and a selection of fresh coissants. Very nice staff on reception. Couldn't fault the place

Juste une nuitée, qui aurait pu être plus agréable. Le personnel est au top, mais le lieu et son entretien laissent à désirer. Nous sommes d'emblée surclassés car "Booking a réservé entre-temps tous les chambres standard". Effectivement la chambre est spacieuse le lit aussi. Tant mieux. Bon, le spot si devrait éclairer le lavabo de la salle de bain est mort, dommage. Le miroir grossissant de courtoisie est parti en vacance, il ne reste que son support. Le code d'accès au wifi ne fonctionne pas et la moitié des chaînes de télé se gèle, impossible de les regarder. Nous descendons à la piscine, le local vestiaire, drôle petite salle pour se changer ne ferme pas, la porte aurait besoin d'un bon coup de rabot pour se fermer, elle reste entrebâillée. Le lendemain matin, salle de gym, la plupart des appareils sont rouillés on n'arrive pas à régler le siège du vélo par exemple. Au secours WD 40! Bref, manque d'entretien tout ça. On évitera la prochaine fois...

L’hôtel est super bien placé dans Luchon. On est à deux pas de tous les restaurants et en face du cinéma. Le personnel est chaleureux et toujours prêt à répondre à une question. Le buffet du petit déjeuner est copieux et toujours approvisionné. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel.

Hotel en decadencia, piscina en mal estado, habitaciones sin mantenimiento y poco limpio. Muy caro por como está el hotel. desanyuno muy pobre, poca variedad y el precio 11€. No recomiendo este hotel, no se dejen llevar por las fotografias q aparecen en internet

Idéalement situé en plein centre du bourg, cet hôtel tout confort propose aussi un vaste parking souterrain pour les motos (et autos). Très bonne literie, personnel sympa, excellent petit déjeuner. Climatisation efficace. Je recommande !

Super séjour avec un accueil bien au-dessus des 3 * ! Une chambre spacieuse, bien décorée, du bois clair et une grande hauteur sous plafond. La douche est efficace et tout est très propre ! A noter également un bon emplacement en ville avec un parking très accessible et spacieux. Le petit-déjeuner généreux, de qualité et très varié permet de bien commencer la journée. Tout est réuni pour un excellent séjour avec au top l'accueil et l'attention prodigués pour le bien-être des clients. De bons conseils sur la ville et une disponibilité exemplaire. A recommander sans réserves !
