Annonce pas du tout conforme à la réalité. J’ai réservé pour 2 adultes et 1 enfant. Sur la photo, il était indiqué 1 clic-clac + 1 canapé ; hors nous avons eu que le canapé… Cet appartement était pour 2 personnes seulement, je vous dis pas la galère.
Il était mentionné que nous pouvions arriver jusqu’à 6 h du matin (nous étions là à 19 h 50) ; hors à l’accueil, le monsieur nous a bien dit qu’à 20 h, on aurait pu se retrouver dehors, que c’est déjà arrivé. Encore une mauvaise indication.
Le propriétaire utilise Tri pour les locations et à l’accueil, le personnel s’en fiche royalement que ce ne soit pas conforme.
Parking : il y a, mais il est payant. Ce qui a fini par nous agacer complètement vu l’incompétence de tout le monde.
Je ne repasserai ni par Trip, ni par cette résidence.

Très bien situé en plein centre de Luchon, très tranquille en fin janvier. Réception un peu decentree au 1er étage, cela fait un peu bizarre à l'arrivée. Le studio/kitchenette est bien amenage, même si une petit séparation est toujours bienvenue entre l'endroit à dormir/salon et la kitchenette. Passé un très bon séjour

Rien à dire, l'attention, propreté, qualité, tout y était. Les chambres étaient très confortables l'isolation semble être très bonne car il suffisait de chauffer un peu dans la journée pour être au chaud la nuit.
Attention pour l'accès au parking, avec une 508 l'entrée se fait de justesse quand la place à l'extérieur devant le portail est occupé, nous avions une voiture blanche qui s'est garé trop au delà de sa ligne, du coup on a du faire plusieurs manouvres pour entrer.
L'hiver faut être très attentif car la voiture perdait toute adhérence à la montée du parking vers la sortie du bâtiment B, lorsqu'il avait un peu de verglas ou neige, le sel étalé n'aidait pas forcement, mais rien de insurmontable pour les expérimentés. Nous avons vu certains avec des voitures familiales galérer un peu.

Accommodated really well, I was concerned about checking in late however, Jean Phillip is a hero at the reception. The place was clean spacious and close to all attractions. Kind service, very generous - would recommend to a friend. Best regards to Jean Phillip again, for paying my taxes when I did not have the 10 euros ⭐️

Nice spacious apartment. Well equipped and very clean. Very helpful and pleasant staff. The location is deal whether you want to stay local, or explore the area. Very good value for money in comparison with the competition.
