Miramonti is a gem where the staff endeavoured to make every guest feel welcomed and looked after, where the rooms were spotless and the dinner fine with great house wine. We ate in the hotel twice it was so good. The pool and spa were spotless and well maintained), We hoped for the same when we checked out and into their 5 star sister hotel Grand Hotel Da Vinci, but it was not a patch . Miramonti is attentive personal care and attention from all the staff, with a special mention to reception and the housekeeping staff. The young restaurant staff were efficient but, unlike the more mature staff member who was very personable, they need to develop their personability as they were a little aloof and off hand.

Hotel tenuto abbastanza bene per essere un 4 stelle però dovrebbero rivedere le camere(riammodernarle) nel bagno il phon in dotazione è scomodo perché va tenuto premuto il pulsante di accensione e per chi ha i capelli lunghi è proprio scomodo meglio un phon semplice. Magari metter in doccia il bagno schiuma e lo shampoo (io avevo shampoo in entrambi le bottiglie dentro la doccia),la zona biliardino e tavolo da ping pong va rivista decisamente perché lasciata andare troppo( i cuscini delle sedie macchiati come anche le tovaglie sui tavoli lì vicino) Siamo clienti da oltre 15 anni ad intermittenza ma è rimasto sempre uguale a 15 anni fa. La piscina bella ma perdeva diversi pietrine che hanno creato taglietti i piedi dei miei figli.peccato!

Soggiorno perfetto!! Abbiamo soggiornato con nostra figlia di un anno e mezzo… personale dolcissimo, attento a ogni dettaglio Abbiamo usufruito della pensione completa: buffet a colazione con macchinetta per il caffè, pranzo e cena con buffet antipasti, dolci e menu con 3 opzioni di primo e 3 opzioni per il secondo. Piscina interna/esterna curata e con acqua calda (perfetta per bambini) Ringraziamo tutto lo staff per aver reso il nostro soggiorno impeccabile (un ringraziamento particolare a tutte le attenzioni di Lucia)

Soggiorno molto piacevole, caratterizzato da alcuni punti forti della struttura: cibo ottimo, di qualità superiore alla media. Il loro orto che fornisce verdura di stagione è un plus non scontato. Piscina gradevole e un bel giardino completo di lettini, tavoli, ombrelloni e bar allietano le giornate più calde. Tutto fronte lago. Perfetto per riposarsi in tranquillità.

Mi prendo il tempo di dare merito a quella che è stata la giornata perfetta nella mia vita abbiamo festeggiato il matrimonio presso l’Hotel Miramonti diretto da Lia e abbiamo ricevuto un trattamento che solo nei miei sogni mi poteva capitare o immaginare Lia e il suo staff hanno realizzato il nostro sogno in maniera impeccabile da tutti i punti di vista noi possiamo solo ringraziare e augurarci che questo staff e questa struttura continui ad operare alla perfezione come ha fatto con noi perché se lo merita in tutto e per tutto.
