Very convenient, good hotel and restaurant with car parking. There were outside bar/ dining areas where we ate, and the restaurant was very good. Close to other bars/small restaurants and shops, and really could not be better placed.

Good standard hotel but with a fairly substantial increase in the rates for the privilege room, justified, the manager told us. Health standards would be the cause. 225 euros for the privilege room. Friendly setting and pleasant garden, shame it was raining, normal in Normandy. I would not return to this establishment.

We booked a room for one night. The room was okay, but the bathroom was very old and there was no cold water! It was difficult to take a shower with boiling water and brush your teeth! We tried to contact reception by phone, but there was no answer...

We booked a luxury room with a lake view, disappointed by the room, stained carpet that has seen a lot of wear, the bulb in the lamp on the desk was burnt out, voile curtains that could do with a bit of updating, it was cold in the room and in the bathroom. I don't really see how the luxury is justified? A supplement of 4 euros per person is required for bathrobes. Restaurant we took the menu at 36 euros, the price is not justified in view of the dinner, lack of flavor and originality, the main course arrived cold and we were not the only ones to complain. We have been coming for many years but I think we will now go and test the competition.

Nouveau propriétaire totalement décalé par rapport aux avis précédents, à l’emplacement de cet hôtel en plein centre de la jolie ville thermale. Peu commerçant, des remarques désobligeantes, une présence très aléatoire…. Dommage ! Mais la concurrence locale très importante aura vite fait d’arrêter les dégâts.

Une super séjour que nous avons passé à Bagnoles de l’Orne entre copines. Les chambres étaient propres, l’accueil au top ! Ils nous ont même rajouté des radiateurs. De plus, leur restaurant est de gamme, nous avons très bien mangés. Je recommande

Attention : certaines photos publiées dans cette fiche ne représentent pas du tout le Bagnoles Hôtel. Hôtel qui ne paie pas de mine de l'extérieur, avec un personnel aimable, de très jolies chambres, simples et spacieuses. Petit cabinet de toilette. Coffre-fort dans la chambre. Volet roulant aux fenêtres, double-vitrage. Calme (la pizzeria qui se trouve en face peut être bruyante parfois). Même sans climatisation, la chambre reste relativement fraîche même quand il fait chaud à l'extérieur. Très bien situé : à 2 minutes à pied du lac et du ******, à 2 minutes de l'arrêt de car à destination de la gare sncf, à 2 minutes des commerces et des restaurants, à quelques minutes du quartier 1900 et des randonnées en forêt. Petit-déjeuner : buffet simple et continental, viennoiseries et pains, très peu de choix mais frais et bon.
