One of them was given a room card, but when I went upstairs, the room card could not open the door. I went downstairs to register at the front desk, but I met a tour group and waited for half an hour before it was done.

Terrible experience, they told us that we had to pay a deposit for the rooms, the receptionist's dataphone was turned off and he made us repeat the payment, in the end they blocked us 400 euros which today, a month later, are still blocked. We have called the hotel and they tell us to write to the email, we have written and they do not answer the messages. When they gave us the cards to go up to the rooms and we opened the first one, it was dirty. They gave us a dirty room. I had to go down to reception again to get changed. The rooms do not look like the one in the photos, they are totally old and dirty. The reception is modern but when you go to the rooms it looks like another hotel. The next day I had to iron a shirt and I went to their ironing room, it smelled horrible, the iron was dirty and it only ended up dirtying my shirt. And to finish the experience when checking out and asking for the money, a rather rude worker named Tidiane told us along with the same receptionist who received us that there was nothing they could do to call the bank. To this day everything remains unresolved and I am very disappointed in this hotel chain. I really didn't expect this level of disaster.
