The reception staff are nice and helpful. The location of the hotel is convenient , about 5min walk to Gallienii Metro station.
Recommendation: it will be nice if drinking still water are provided.

The hotel is quite good, it was quite affordable, there is a large supermarket nearby and the metro station is literally a 3-5 minute walk away. The air conditioning did not work and the windows do not open - this is probably a big minus. Otherwise everything is fine

We had to wait 1 hour for check-in at reception. The counter agent asked us to come back every quarter of an hour because the room was not ready. When we finally got a room from another, much more professional agent, the room was made up quickly and what's more, smelled strongly of stale cigarettes (non-smoking hotel). We had to go back down to reception because no one answered the phone. To finally receive a room corresponding to our request, 1 hour and 30 minutes after our arrival.

For the purpose of the accommodation (a convention at the hotel), it was okay.
Check-in in the evening was very chaotic. There were only two employees, as a tour group was checking in, so it took forever and wasn't very professional. Breakfast was very monotonous (no regular cheese, Nutella was constantly empty, no salami/sausage, scrambled eggs were a convenience store).
No toilet brush in the room (despite a note at the front desk). The water in the sink drained very slowly at times (the maintenance staff at least tried to help). Carpet was stained.
I would only choose this hotel again if another convention was held there. Perhaps without breakfast.

Every time I stay in Paris, I choose Novotel Paris East. In addition to being close to Charles de Gaulle Airport, the lobby of this hotel is bright and spacious. The front desk staff answered questions patiently and the breakfast was rich. The rooms are also large and the surrounding Auchan supermarket is convenient for shopping. The hotel is not far from Disneyland Paris and the shopping village.
The Olympic atmosphere of the hotel this time is very strong.
The only shortcoming this time is that the hand sanitizer next to the basin is empty, I hope it will be improved.

There are two rooms in total. One of them was given a room card, but when I went upstairs, the room card could not open the door. I went downstairs to register at the front desk, but I met a tour group and waited for half an hour before it was done.
