We stayed one night here. The room had an unusual layout but was functional. The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean. The breakfast was quite good for 10 euros. There were viennoiseries, bread, fresh fruit, yoghurt... Only issue for us, was the the wifi signal was weak, and the connection episodic.

This outstanding accommodation has many brilliant features, including; A lovely, thoughtful host, Gael, who, thankfully, given our woeful French, has good English. An easy, quick drive from Lyon. Beautiful rooms in a lovely building surrounded by vineyards. A proximity to superb medieval villages, with golden limestone buildings. A great breakfast. Surprisingly good delivered meals, arriving hot and delicious. This is an exceptional place and one we will remember for a very long time. If you get the opportunity, this is worthy of serious consideration.

The whole place is top class. I had my dog with me and he loved it because there was a large courtyard and garden for him to explore on his own. The room was superb with everything you could need. The bed was very comfortable. The host is very friendly and helpful. There is a nice little pool for a swim. They ordered me an excellent dinner made by a local chef which was very tasty and great value for money

Le Clos des Anges is a wonderful guesthouse carefully and beautifully designed by its owner Gale and his wife. Our bed was extremely comfortable and our room wonderful overlooking the courtyard. Tea/coffee facilities in the room were super along with a lovely breakfast and Gale even arranged food in the evening after we arrived later than expected. The heated pool and wonderful outside areas were an unexpected extra. The whole place is a relaxing haven . We will definitely return.

The accomodation was perfect. Clean, designated room, great swimming pool. Strategic location to go to wineyards and to the villages. I have to only recommend. The local, really big breakfest was included in price. The owner is nice and helpful.

a wonderful and peaceful place in the middle of vineyards. You'll be welcomed with a local grape juice and enjoy the coolness of a typical stone house from the Beaujolais region. Perfect for a romantic weekend or a family trip. Gael and Sophie are great and thoughtful hosts. You won't need to move to enjoy an international meal from their local caterer or a marvellous massage. I strongly recommend this guesthouse Emma

Piscine intérieure et jaccuzi magnifique, détente assurée ! La cadre est sympathique ! les chambres sont très belles et repas (copieux) et petit-déjeuner très bons 😋 Je recommande vivement ! Possibilité de faire des massages sur place ! On a testé c'est top !

Très bon séjour au sein du clos des Anges. Nous avons profité de la piscine et du jacuzzi ! Les équipements sont de qualité. La restauration est copieuse et très bon rapport qualité /prix. Les hôtes sont très sympas et serviables ! Encore merci, nous reviendrons sans hésiter !
