Business Hotels in Kuching Division

The hotel is conveniently located within the city. However, parking availability is limited. The hotel room is equipped with Internet TV, but the speed is too slow. There are no other viable options for viewing television in a comfortable manner.

I LIKE THE SLEEPING LION HOTEL'S LOCATION, NEAR PAVILION AND TRX SHOPPING MALL. IT'S VERY CONVENIENT FOR BUSINESS OR FAMILY TRAVEL. I HOPE OUR GOOD RATING WILL NOT AFFECT THE HOTEL ROOM RATE BECOMING HIGHER DUE TO THE HIGH RATING. HAHAHA!. THANK YOU.

It’s been a pleasant stay at this hotel. The room ambiance and decoration were superb. The bed and pillow with big screen tv. The water pressure was good, and complete toiletries were provided. The hotel’s location is close to the waterfront. The choice of breakfast spread was nice.

Stayed at a hotel just opposite the famous Cat Statue in Kuching, and overall, it was a decent experience. The location is definitely the highlight – everything is within walking distance, and there’s even a sampan service right behind the hotel, which made it really convenient to explore the area. The room itself was okay. The aircond worked well – maybe a bit too well since it was freezing cold at times. The bed was on the harder side, not exactly my preference. The bathroom looked a bit dated, with a bathtub included, but honestly, I would’ve preferred a separate shower and tub. However, one thing that could be improved is the bathrobe – it was way too thin. Breakfast was okay, especially since they served local favorites like Sarawak Laksa and Kolo Mee. In short, great location, decent breakfast, but the room comfort could be better. Perfect for a short stay if you want easy access to tourist spots.

This is always my first choice of hotel during my business trip but I am little disappointed with the staff and security. They are not communicate well to make my friend feel embarrassed when parking

I appreciated the facilities provided, as they were well-maintained and comfortable. However, I was disappointed with the level of customer service. The staff were not as friendly or understanding as I had hoped. After a long journey driving from afar, I was unable to respond to their WhatsApp messages promptly. While I acknowledge this was my oversight, the way the situation was addressed felt unnecessarily harsh. A more considerate and empathetic approach would have made a significant difference. I hope the management can foster better understanding and kindness towards their guests in the future.

Few times came here and never get bored with the cleanliness and tidiness of this hotel.. Just need to improve the TV channels. Perhaps can connect the android TV to internet so that can netflix and chill inside the room. Thank you☺️☺️
