"Short stay at the family suite and king suite, arrived Sunday afternoon and left Monday afternoon, so limited activities.
Rooms were clean and tidy, the king suite overlooked the bigger pool and the Coconut Bar. Family suit had convenient access to ”kiddie” pool and beach.
Kids had fun at the kids' pool, also had a dip in the bigger pool as well as playing at the beach.
Pool is good for a visit in the afternoon as dead bugs in the pool take some time for staff to clean throughout the morning.
Did not get a chance to try the wellness centre as it was closed Monday."

"Spacious room. Neat & tidy. Nice city view from the room (higher floor as requested). But the housekeeper keeps giving us only 2 towels instead of 3 because we booked for 3 pax. Breakfast is tasty. Service from the restaurant & front desk are good 👍👍👍👍"

"I recently stayed at Theatre Hotel, and it was a pleasant experience overall. The hotel is nice and new, and I was impressed by the modern touch – they no longer use access cards, instead, you use a code to enter your room, which is a fresh and convenient approach.
The room was clean and well-maintained, making it a comfortable place to relax. However, the breakfast could use some improvement. It would be great if they had an egg live station to offer more variety and freshly prepared options. Also, I would suggest expanding the bread selection for a wider range of choices.
Overall, it’s a great place to stay with potential for a more enjoyable breakfast experience!"

"Location is great because at the city center.. got steamboat nearby really close and within walking distance. The only thing i don't really like is lack of parking spots. Ac is cold, everything else is good considering the price offered. The room is just nice."

"March 2025 Review on this hotel:
Pro
1. The room Air conditioner are cold & Hot Water are hot.
2. Very strategy area walking distance to Everise, Cat statue , Mcdonald within 6 minutes walk.
3. 1st floor are room but they have a lift. Very great.
Con
1. Parking are limited and need to pay due to public parking.
2. Breakfast are set meal and not buffet type. (They said we do not entitlment for breakfast - show them booking then they directly told us we are entitlement).
3. Bed and pillow are not comfortable to sleep.
4. The bathroom is tempered glass shower screen - can visible from the bed. If twin sharing have no idea.
I would not stay again this hotel although it cheaper price but I need comfort sleep."

"The place is nice, right in the middle of the city. Likewise the amenities is average like any other 3 star hotels. For the price to pay at a little more than a hundred RM, I would rate it good because of the location and furthermore it has its own private balcony with a stunning view."

"TV channel is limited and air con is loud and noisy and not functioning well. The shower screen did not serve the purpose as water will splash all over the floor when taking a shower as the glass screen is not broad enough to block the water from splashing out. However the front office staff are very pleasant and warm and that made my stay pleasant despite some of these shortcomings. Free parking on site and easy to find foods around the hotel."

AALLANRoxy is a functional hotel that serves our purpose such as location is it not too far from the airport. Breakfast choices are limited and average in quality, service at the restaurant can be improved as the staff could be more courteous and practise better customer service.

GGuest UserWe chosed Astana Wing after after having a wonderful stay at Puteri Wing because reading a review that staying at Deluxe room will offer the best sunset view.
We discovered to our dismay that not all deluxe rooms have that excellent sunset view. The checkin was slow. The room deco was dull & minimalist. There are no power outlet on both side of the bed just one. There is no towels provided upon checkin. In the morning we found out there are no shampoo & body wash provided.. just 3 body lotion (see picture)
Will we recommend this hotel & repeat stay? Definately NOT.

SSzeHowMy recent stay at the Pullman Hotel was a pleasant experience overall. The hotel is pretty decent, though it’s clear that it has been in operation for many years. Some parts of the room showed signs of wear and tear. That said, the room was comfortable and functional, providing everything I needed for a relaxing stay.
What truly stood out during my visit was the exceptional service from the staff. They were incredibly helpful, and went above and beyond to accommodate my requests.
It’s worth noting that the hotel is currently undergoing maintenance, so future visitors should expect some noise during the daytime (8 AM–5 PM). While this was slightly noticeable, it didn’t significantly disrupt my stay, as the work was confined to reasonable hours.
Overall, I am happy with my time at the Pullman Hotel. The combination of comfortable accommodations, outstanding service, and the promise of upcoming renovations leaves me optimistic about the hotel’s future. I have no doubt that once the renovations are complete, the Pullman will shine even brighter and continue to provide an excellent experience for its guests. I would gladly return and recommend it to others looking for a reliable and welcoming stay.

VVacay_LoverNice resort by the beach. We stayed here for 1 night after a long journey from KL. Nice breakfast and the mee kolok was so tasty. You should try it. This resort doesn’t have lift so it was difficult for a wheelchaired person to stay other than ground floor. The room was so spacious and we loved it. Thank you to the staff that really helped us during check in. I would like to thanks also to the manager on duty on that day for his kindness to help my mom pushing her wheelchair to the lobby. The location is just nearby to Sarawak Budaya Village. Nice staying here and I would repeat it if I come back to Sarawak.
