"The hotel is clean and basic, offering good value for its price. Its location is excellent — surrounded by plenty of food options, cafés, and a nearby supermarket for convenience. The check-in staff were pleasant and helpful, making the arrival experience smooth. There’s no fridge in the room, but a shared fridge is available at the reception, which is manageable for short stays.
The only area for improvement would be to replace the towels and bedsheets, which are showing signs of wear. Otherwise, it’s a comfortable and practical stay for travelers looking for simplicity and convenience."
"Overall it is an old hotel, it is quite cleaned, spacious, TV not much channel. The lighting inside is moderate, not too bright, not too dim. The breakfast however was not so good, not many choices and there is no meat. Got rice but no meat and vege."
"Appreciated on the early check in given. However, the room’s toilet need refurbishment as its floor and surrounding corners of the floors, basin, bathtub are dirty with black stains/mold. I need to close my eyes when shower and get out from the toilet asap. Breakfast is considered good for a small town’s hotel. Location is good as many eateries around. Other than it’s toilet, the room is ok. Hope that management can refurbish the toilet in due course."
"The hotel has been undergoing progressive upgrades since March and some areas are already completed where the improvements can be felt.
The room facilities are well maintained. Water pressure is consistent and hot water supply is stable. Amenities are complete including toothbrush, lotion and even a razor. The bed and pillows are comfortable and the room is bright enough. The only minor shortfall is that there is no central bedside control for the lighting so you have to walk around to switch them off before bedtime, which I consider a bit of exercise.
Television channels are limited as the in room TV is connected to Njoi, offering mostly local channels. Location is a plus point as the hotel sits next to the Government Office and Parkson, and it is within about 10 minutes walking distance to both Sibu Central Market and the Night Market.
Breakfast has shown improvement but still does not have a coffee machine. The food variety is what you would expect from a three star standard with local dishes, sausages, baked beans, potato wedges, tofu, vegetables, fried noodles, fried rice, nasi lemak, a salad bar, white porridge, noodle soups, assorted bread with limited choice, and assorted fruits. However, the fruit presentation could be improved. They are pre portioned in small plates and wrapped which means if you want honeydew but not orange, you cannot choose freely.
Do avoid interconnecting rooms if you are not booking two rooms together as the sound proofing is very poor. If your neighbour is having discussions or parties it may disturb your rest. There are some rooms without interconnecting layouts which are better for a quiet stay."
"Always my favourite hotel. Hot selling during Gawai peak season, so only managed to book a triple room with no windows, but when I entered my room, it is with windows one 😆 comfy and clean as usual, definitely will come back again!"
"1. Front desk staff is not attentive and not proactive.
2. Breakfast spread is good but surprising no eggs section or fried/poached or any form of cooked eggs available. This is one of the basics provided by most hotels providing breakfast."
"The hotel is a bit far from the city center, but it has open parking spaces in front, which was a key reason I chose it. Check-in requires a RM50 deposit. There's no elevator, so you have to use the stairs. There's a water dispenser at the entrance.
I was assigned a room on the third floor. It was quite small; with two beds, you had to walk sideways. There was a TV, but it displayed a blue screen, so I didn't watch it anyway, as there weren't many good channels. The air conditioning wasn't very cold. There's a desk and a chair to place things on. The bed was soft and creaked when I sat on the corner. The soundproofing was a bit poor.
The bathroom was spacious with hot water for showering, wall-mounted shower gel, a small roll of toilet paper, and two mouthwash cups. There was no toothbrush, but there was a trash can.
The bath towels were soft but old and frayed.
The hotel has a gym, a sauna, and only one pool table. I didn't use any of them because I was too lazy to climb the stairs.
I stayed at this hotel for the convenient parking; I didn't have high expectations for the facilities, just needed it for an overnight stay."

KkelvinyiixunshuaiVery clean, hygienic and comfortable. It is also very cheap. The location is very good. I recommend everyone to come to this hotel when traveling to Sibu. There is a bus terminal, gym room, food court, supermarket nearby. It is very worthwhile
GGuest UserGood :
Location is next to the bus station and Central market where there are many restaurants and hawker food.
Poor : No lift, stairs are narrow. Big problem if our bags are big. No shampoo for hair and body. I have booked a room with window but was given a windowless room.
Aircon sounded like a lawn mower. And there is a pub nearby. Very noisy till 2 or 3 am.
