The public facilities are all good, and the snorkeling area is next to the water house. Service: The service is quite enthusiastic, the restaurant price is reasonable, and the suitcases are sent to the room from the plane out of the airport. Round-trip airport transfer (reservation required in advance): Make an appointment through Ctrip, and someone will hold a sign when you leave the airport. The whole journey is combined by car and ship, which is super convenient. Return boat transfer service (reservation required in advance): Just wait in the room for the return trip, which is super convenient.

The room was quite spacious for 2 adults and 2 kids. Got 7e next to the hotel lobby, really easy to buy necessaries.

The Cantonese-speaking Hakka dialect is very good. I will also take you for breakfast and dinner. The recommended dishes are definitely the appetite of the people. You can also book a trip to the sea by the boss, the price and Taobao are not much worse, but there are Chinese to lead, go to the motorized Batinba Island float, saw the big turtle. The previous day's island hopping tour was Taobao's, and they were all local black belts. They only said simple Chinese. Communication is still a little obstacle. I have been staying every month in junior suite. So many times i have mentioned it to the staff & even the GM. Unfortunately no action was taken. For a junior suite amenities are very basic. Not even face towel or inroom slippers provided. Inroom phone is not working. Aircond is not cold, worst got moss. So dissapointing. However, the staff is very good. Friendly. Helpful. I understand they are doing their best in a very limited resources they were given. I urge management to look into this seriously. Let the picture speaks for itself.

It took nearly 20 minutes to check in. The toilet drain was clogged and water couldn't flow in. We had to find someone to fix it before we could use it. There was no cleaning or water prepared the next day. The service of such an expensive room was very average, and there were unclean things in the hotel. I dare not stay here next time
