The exterior and garden are lovely and clean. The breakfast buffet was subpar, with cold food and coffee that required guests to microwave (completely in Chinese) it themselves, which was also a major inconvenience. Yet, the variety and quality of food was good and tasty. The staff seemed indifferent to the lack of coffee and food, and the lady who came to ”check” on us only brought coffee when we asked. Overall, our stay was satisfactory, but this place definitely needs to improve its hospitality and guest service. Given the above this place is too overpriced.

The homestay is located in the town within a 5-minute walk and there are supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacies, etc... but the caring boss also provides a fixed shuttle bus to the dock area to avoid rushing in the morning! Because there are fewer tourists at the time of arrival, seafood is much cheaper than in peak season, so we cook by ourselves every day in the hotel. Semporna's fresh seafood paired with hometown taste really feels like home abroad!

It was my first time to stay in a water house. I thought it was perfect. It was newly built and very comfortable. It was exactly what I wanted. The service staff were very shy and friendly. I was also very satisfied with the dinner. I woke up early in the morning and watched the sunrise. It was amazing. Looking forward to Anmei. When I went out for a walk at night, I could see many starfish and fish coming out, and small fish could also be seen in the room. It rained heavily when I fell asleep very late that night. The roof was made of iron sheets, and the sound of rain amplified. Many times, when it is windy and rainy, I will be a little scared and dare not sleep. At other times, it is perfect. I will choose the water house next time I come.

Although my partner and I were injured during the trip because we are not good at water, the owner of the water house thoughtfully bandaged our wounds and treated them properly. All in all, this is a very good place worth recommending. The Crystal Water Villa in Semporna, Malaysia, boasts a charming jelly sea, a clean and hygienic environment. The hotel environment is clean and the photos are beautiful. We also saw turtles and schools of fish at night. The hotel provides free snorkeling, glass boats, kayaking, and sea fishing. The staff are enthusiastic and helpful. Andy's photography skills are really great, and he has been helping with various responses. It was a very pleasant water house experience!

Hotel staff decorated our room for anniversary celebration. Super thoughtful of them. They have different equipments for snorkelling and paddle board for free. Food is great. We had salted egg prawns for one night and steamed prawn with eggs the other night. Some hairs on the bedsheets though... Otherwise the room is very clean. Great air conditioner. There's tour for island visiting and jumping. We joined one for Timba Timba beach, MataKing Island and Pom Pom island. Dived twice and snorkelling for three times. Time well spent with skillful coach and complimentary underwater video taping and photo taking.

The room is very new, a large capsule-style room, new facilities, smart toilet, air conditioning is also very quiet, and the space is basically enough. The room is built on a cement column more than 1 meter high, and the room is dry. 2. There are currently 11 rooms with intervals between each other. They do not interfere with each other and are very quiet. If you are disturbed, it is the sound of small animals climbing on the roof or raindrops. It feels pretty good. 3. It is 15 minutes away from the town or the pier without traffic jams, and 25 minutes with traffic jams. Between 8 am and 8 pm, free pick-up and drop-off are available at any time, and the time is almost the same. If there is more deviation, 50 Malaysian ringgits will be charged each time, but it is safe and the vehicle is in good condition, so it is worth it. 4. The restaurant can arrange for the processing of seafood, and the vehicle will be sent to buy, then picked up, and then processed. The taste of the seafood is very good, not worse than the pier restaurant. The processing fee is also transparent and fair. 5. I felt unwell one day, and I arranged a vehicle to take me to buy medicine in time. I came back and made a vegetable noodle soup with eggs as required. It was very comfortable to eat. At present, the Malaysian customs is friendly to Chinese people and has not checked. 2. You need to contact in advance for airport pick-up. Please remind me in the reply email and clearly provide contact information, preferably WeChat account. 3. Set a fixed WeChat number for the service butler. There are five butlers in the service group. I really don’t know who to contact if there is a problem. 4. The bath towels were changed twice during the five-day stay. During the period, I asked to clean the floor, but it was never cleaned. 5. During the period, there was one time when a vehicle was needed to pick up the car, and the waiting time was as long as 70 minutes. During the period, the reason was not informed in time. I stood at the door of KFC for 50 minutes. If I had informed you in time, I could have taken a rest nearby. 6. The hotel is still a little far from the pier and town, but the shuttle service compensates for it. However, the price is still slightly high, the price is the same as the Sheraton Hotel in Kuala Lumpur, and the cost performance is not very good.
