Nice from the street, really poor inside (especially rooms). I stayed in the basement 108. The bathroom was terrible, toilet cover broken. Some really bright lights that can't be switched off during night. The noise was horrible. Couldn't fall asleep for hours. Cleanliness was also on the lower end. Smell from the kitchen was all over the hotel.

The rooms are basic. No iron in the room. They have private very loud musical qawwali event going on late at night the guest rooms are right above the area of the event. Totally non conducive to sleeping. The staff is polite. Food is decent. 3 out of 5. Zero for peace

No hot water to shower.
Too noisy.
Terrible design of the bathroom. No barrier or wall around shower.
Elevator were not working.
No iron or ironing stands available even on request.
On Saturday night, a musical concert ( qawwali) was going on the hotel’s property and had a sleepless night.
Staff were very nice and helpful and good. The hotel is a victim of poor management.

I had an amazing experience at the hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, special Thanks to Adnan Farhan Ahtesham and Mr. Huzaifa for making my evening memorable.the room was spacious and clean, and the amenities were top-notch. I'll definitely be recommending the hotel to friends and family!

Hi to whom it may concern. Overall my stay was amazing, staff was friendly and helpful. As i was told that the hotel was recently opened and was expecting it to be very clean but that wasn't the case. The flour was really dirty, mould on walls etc. So can do with cleaning the room before the guests check in. Thanks

Best place to stay in Bahawalpur, Loved the breakfast variety and taste. Room was very comfortable. Front desk was very helpful and welcoming. Overall ambience was amazing. Peaceful place to stay here.
