Initially we were placed in a room with no window and so small our suitcases filled the space. No hot water. Moved upstairs to Belen. Much bigger. Balcony over street. Rain. Leaky balcony. No place to sit. Door very hard to lock. No safe. No bottled water or glasses in room. Communal modern kitchen. Friendly staff, but not proactive. Maybe discrimination for booking through particular site? Pretty courtyard. Clean!

Stayed in the Belen unit - sewer stench was unbearable. We complained and were moved for two nights to “fix” the problem. Moved back and the smell was worse. In addition, no workers are there into the evening do a large group arrived and partied until 2:30 AM. Would not recommend.

Walled boutique hotel with a kitchenette, modern glass walk-in shower, pool, jacuzzi - incredibly attentive staff ( coffee and cookies outside your door every morning). Beds and linen were top notch. One block off one of the main arteries, but within 2-3 blocks of at least 8 great restaurants ! Wifi was solid ! Bernie was the manager, and spoke excellent English. She was available to answer questions, translate, and went over and above to make all all guests stay the most comfortable.

This is a traditional hacienda style Inn, that has been beautifully converted. The grounds and pool are immaculate. Its very clean, spacious and accommodating. This Inn is also perfect for a family gathering. I highly recommend Parota Inn and will return.

You can see the pride for this quaint hotel. There is so much detail in the property and rooms. Extremely clean and comfortable. We stayed on the top floor and the space was expansive and the bathroom was also large with a beautiful bathtub. Wifi great. Pool and hot tub. Great. Coffee delivered each morning was a pleasant addition. The staff were meticulous and charming. Close to great restaurants and amenities. We would stay again.
