The Palace Luxury Resort

The place is beautiful. A scenic haven, the hills, green everywhere - everything was amazing. The breathtaking green was the best part of the stay. The service was excellent too. The people here are very warm and welcoming. A gentleman named Adil greeted us happily at the lobby. At lunch at Olive restaurant, Jhuma and Ibrahim were warm and kind, they served us well. It was a pleasure meeting them all. The room where we stayed had a beautiful view. We loved it.

Everything was so perfect. All staff are well trained and professional. We must mention mr.adil from reception he check in us and helps in every aspects. He understand a Guests need. He is just outstandin. Mr. Mustak,shoji,suma,tania also very helpful.i love everything

the rooms are good and the foods are also good .the cleanliness is maintained , the food service is also good . the rooms are spacious and the location is very beautiful . The amenities was also good , so everything was really good . the staffs were also helpful

Great experience - enjoyed the food at the buffet and appreciated the top help from a gentleman called Rubel who was the restaurant! The pool was nice and the open space was lovely to get around in especially with the use of the buggy cars all day. Great service all around. Would come again

The service from Mr. Hannan at the olive restaurant was great.. Also quality food was served. The overall stay in the palace was worth cherishing. It was a nice and quality getaway from the busy life. The water park is small but enjoyable with kids

Overall my stay at the palace was great but I specifically want to mention the nostalgia cafe, my experience there was the best. The staffs were so good and humble. One of them was Shanto bhaiya, his service was excellent. Highly recommended
