衞生和環境不錯，服務一般，這沒有那沒有的。屋子特別冷，換房間沒有，要個暖氣都沒有。空調一直開着沒有效果，酒店介紹本明明寫寫提供指甲刀，打電話問前台沒有。建議大家夏天入住。

孩子睡覺怕吵，果然沒失望隔音很好很安靜，房間很乾凈沒有異味，停車也很方便前台的工作人員可有禮貌，個人感覺酒店整體服務和環境在白城前排了

白城這個城市真的沒啥逛的。房間不錯，很大樓層也高，就是外面有些空曠。出差方便就好。下次出差還是可以住在這裏。前台搞錯了兩次早餐和房間，需要加強培訓

吹風機用膠帶纏着的用手扶着才能用，屋裡還有螞蚱和小黑蟲，加濕器不好使，房間衞生兩天沒打掃，樓道報警器一直響了二十多分鐘弄的中午休息都受影響還得打電話提醒關閉，前台和餐廳服務還不錯

特別好，其中一間定了棋牌房，真的有四張一米二的單人床，有單獨一個房間是棋牌室，陪着老爸老媽玩兒了一會兒，旅行增加了項目，長者非常開心。
