We had a pleasant stay at Canopy by Hilton, everything was exceptional but the beach was a bit rocky and shallow. There are plenty of good beaches close by through, we highly recommend you to rent a car to try different beaches on the island.
Ari and Julia were super friendly and all the other hotel staff.

The hotel is 30-40 minutes drive from the airport, not close but it was newly opened last year with complete facilities and a large enough parking lot. It is very friendly to friends who rent cars. There is a car rental company very close to the hotel, with low prices. The lady boss is very friendly. We booked an exquisite king-size bed suite, the room is large enough, the balcony is also spacious and bright, and the room is cleaned and the bed is made twice a day. The service awareness of the hotel front desk is poor. We got three different answers as to whether we could go to the newly opened restaurant for HB dinner. The replies were not unified. We stayed for four nights and were told by the front desk that the car was broken and we could not go to the sister hotel mango house. It was very disappointing. The restaurant staff did not have the awareness of cleaning the table. It would be better if some water entertainment activities were added.

Had a really nice time. The food was delicious and the drinks were Great. Thank you to Ricardo and his team for the excellent service and for his very generous hospitality. Will be sure to come again. Looking forward to visiting the hotel again.

I went on a day pass with my friends, we loved the location and the atmosphere. The pool was amazing. We had food and drinks and at the end we went onto the beach and saw a spectacular sunset. Staff was lovely and went over and beyond to make our time memorable. I would highly recommend this place

The view was ok. Sega bar the drinks were perfect. Service was superb. We were treated very nicely. We were well welcomed. The children enjoyed the swimming pool. The food and drink was at a reasonable price. We have enjoyed every seconds of our visit. Will come again soon. 👌🤗

The experience was amazing! We got a day pass (me and my sister). We came early as it starts at 11 a.m (best come early to enjoy the full experience). We chilled by the Sega Bar… and was it a Sega Bar!! The service was excellent, the staff were super nice and friendly! The food was …. AMAZING! And surprisingly affordable!! We had the wagyu beef burger (🤤🫠) and a couple of passion fruit daiquiri pitchers … fyi they’re to die for!! Thank you Team!! Special thank you to Sega Bar team Gurpreet (you were darling), Carlos, Julisa and Michel! We will definitely be coming back!!
