設施：洗澡時地漏堵，水流了一屋子，孩子穿一次性拖鞋通通滑倒。窗户外的煙道和油煙凈化器噪音很大，每天早上6點多開始轟鳴。
服務：亂收費，一次性刮鬍刀需要單獨收費一個10元，關鍵是去前台要的時候沒有任何人告訴你刮鬍刀要收費，臨走結賬時卻説要收費。
衞生：一出電梯，走廊地毯很臟。總體來講該酒店的收費在白河不算低，但是設施和服務水平確實不怎麼樣。十幾年來老家長輩過壽宴請都在這裏舉辦，當時感覺這個酒店在當地還不錯。但這次回來的酒店體驗讓我有些失望了😔

酒店地理位置在半山腰，俯瞰整個老城區，就在馬路邊，也比較好找，離白河東火車站雖然兩三公里，但是山區地形原因走路半個小時多。
房間衞生到位，打掃的很乾凈，該有的都有。
前台服務很到位 ，早上七點半抵達的酒店，也給我提前安排入住了。早餐供應還可以，雖然種類中規中矩，但是阿姨服務熱情 煮的麪主打給端過來。
唯一要找不足就是走廊隔音一般 小朋友在裏面跑動打鬧會有點吵，然後早上熱水頂樓供應不太充足。
