I wish I could say that the stay was encouraging, but it wasn't. The place itself has a lot of potential, the staff that is helping with medical procedures was always nice, the room was clean and spacious, the reception staff needed more training. While the food was a great disappointment. So all in all it was a big trip made from long distance, where the medical services are great , but the other one need improvement.

Only the staff was kind. The quality and the taste of the food was very poor. The spa was dirty. The bed was uncomfortable. The cleanness is not the expected level! In this price I’ve been in real 5* star hotels all over the world… This one is not on that level…

I would like to point out that the experience at this hotel was a terrible one. I bought a weekend for the celebration of March 8, hoping that I will make a pleasant surprise for my wife and we will relax for a few days with our 15-year-old son. the International Women's Day package included the offer of accommodation and half-board with a festive dinner on the evenings of 03.08 and 03.09.2024, as well as a Finger Food lunch on 03.09.2024. Unfortunately, after dinner on 03/09/2024, our 15-year-old son was infected with salmonella and was diagnosed with bacterial enterocolitis. In the morning of 10.03.2024, I requested the hotel reception to call the ambulance that took my son and later, the next day when we arrived in Bucharest, we had to admit him to the Matei Blas Hospital for Infectious Diseases for 5 days for intravenous treatment with antibiotic. I will not tell you anymore about the bile vomiting and diarrheal stools that our son had and in response from this hotel I received a letter with 2 sentences in which they told us that they are sorry but they are a 5 star hotel and I constantly analyze the food and there are no problems and we should contact the insurer. I have uploaded this message in the hope that I will attract the attention of all those who will stay at this hotel where they will pay considerable sums, to pay attention to the food served by this hotel in the self-service regime of the student canteen. Also, all the customers present during the same period complained that there was not enough food served, not having the opportunity to choose from several types of food, missing water or juices that were no longer available towards the end of the meal program. An unpleasant experience that ruined the celebration of my wife and my son's mother. The hotel's pools are extremely dirty, showing deposits and impurities on the bottom of the pools. Far from 5 stars.

This is a fantastic hotel and spa. While we only stayed one day we could have easily stayed another. That said check in is at 2 and out at 12 so you have lots of time to enjoy the roman baths. There are many pools both indoor and out. Rooms include buffet breakfast and dinner as well as parking so there is added value to the nightly price. The rooms are new and spacious and the service was fine. We enjoyed a relaxing stay after driving across hungary. Great place to kick off a tour of Trasnylvania! Highly recommended.

This new 5 star hotel in Felix, Romania is a breath taking place for thermal baths, spa and physiotherapy in Romania. If you need a week or just a few days to recharge you batteries or recover and would like an idea then this is the best place at least during the winter.

Always a pleasure to be here We come every year and love the place the standard the people the treatment The wonderful doctor The food is good The pools are great One minus this year of Covid the standard of wearing a mask UNDER the nose at the restaurant And same for a lot of client I feel OK because full 3 doses but....

Very nicely position of the new structured hotel. Inevitable is the old structure of the medical undergrounds treats - in time of my visit almost empty. Very plentiful offers but of rare use in a gold sun autumn weekend in November. You can use a hotel bicycle but I do not recommend the adventure to go to the appealing city center as the sidewalk or a bike trek exist only in the restrict down town. The room is very comfortable and clean. The cleaning service is very friendly as all the staff from receptionist to the sauna keeper. But be careful not all are English speaking. The food was at the level all the time. And in the restaurant in the evening live music was appreciated. The broken expresso machine was not repaired in time for me. A nice forest for walking and running is near by but instruct your self for the unpleasant encounter of some barking dogs (in my case tree but some one witness six) at he other part of the forest. The water in the pools is pleasantly worm. The Gold spa sauna is nicely prepared and clean. The music a little to laud (that encourage loud speaking and vice versa) The culture of the users of sauna could improve.
