This is a family trip (3 people), we arrived at night. We could buy food from the near metro (by car). Inside the room, the room space is not too big, but OK to use for our short stay. The toilet room is cold while using. The shower box, no door, so the water could drop out while showering. As we just for a night, no other detail observation.

The room is clean and tidy, with complete facilities. The front desk service is warm and hospitable, giving people a very caring feeling. In addition, parking is convenient, far away from the busy city, very quiet, and I can sleep very comfortably at night.

Very helpful receptionist, environment nice and cosy. Tip top cleanliness. Kitchen utensils are very clean and in good condition.

We checked in at the hotel at 23:30 in the evening, and the staff was still waiting for us at the service desk. Thumbs up 👍

Very good location, next to the ferry pier. We took the ferry which is free of charge to the Raymond Island. Room is very spacious, the only downside is that there is no shelf to put shampoo in the shower.

The mountain is outside the house, and the house is in the middle of the mountain. The scenery is amazing! The boss is very good (this is very important)! With first-class facilities and considerate service, it is a must to enter the Australian grasslands! I was rushed to book the room at 10 o'clock in the evening, because the two roads to Sydney were temporarily closed due to the mountain fire. I booked the room with the help of the police, and I received a warm gift!

The environment is very elegant and comfortable. The kitchenware is fully equipped, with a washing machine and a dryer, which is very suitable for a long vacation. According to the apartment introduction, the apartment is generally three-bedroom, and each room is equipped with 1.8 beds/room, 2 0.9 beds/room, and 1.5 beds/room; when booking a room, you must indicate the number of people and the number of rooms you need to use, and the price is calculated according to the number of rooms reserved. If the room does not match the reservation when you check in, you will be charged extra! The shower head in the bathroom is fixed, which is not very friendly for people who don't wash their hair every night!

The hotel is very easy to find on the main road of the small town. One big one and two small beds, sleeping in a family of three, the bedroom is quite spacious. Very close to the supermarket, walk for three or five minutes. The boss is a Chinese, more enthusiastic
