Baishan Hotels with Pools

After the Chinese New Year, we traveled off-peak and took our children to the Changbaishan Wanda International Resort to ski. It was right to choose Park Hyatt. We called in advance to confirm the airport transfer and room requirements. The check-in procedure was very fast and we were given a room in the main building according to the notes. After all, the ski house is in the main building, which makes travel much more convenient. The room is large, and you can put your ski clothes and other equipment on the bench at the door. The big bed is not crowded after adding a bed, and the bathroom is large enough. I stayed for 4 nights. The aunt restocked and cleaned in time. JayLin and Wang Dong at the front desk were warm and thoughtful. They sent fruit for extended stays and delayed check-out until the airport drop-off time. Although Changbaishan Park Hyatt has been around for more than 10 years, the overall maintenance is good. It can be seen that the design and decoration of the year were still very sophisticated. There are not many varieties of breakfast, but the ingredients are fresh and exquisite. Benedict eggs, porridge, pancakes, etc. are all made on site. It is also a good choice to eat in the Yue Hall when you are tired of skiing for lunch and dinner and don’t want to leave the hotel. The ski house is small and the service is good. The lockers are reasonably laid out. It is also convenient to wear your equipment and go out with Park Hyatt’s exclusive slide to take the cable car. Wanda Ski Resort has a large number of visitors. Park Hyatt is located in a private area, which allows you to avoid the crowds. It is generally comfortable and cozy. Walking along the hotel villa area feels like hiking in the snow forest. I will come again next year~

Facilities: Although it is a hotel more than 10 years old, the overall maintenance is still good. The suite I stayed in had a slight leak in the living room window, but because the air conditioner was powerful and I didn't stay in the living room at night, it basically didn't affect it. The floor had a few bulges, after all, it was this age. The outdoor hot spring was very powerful, very refreshing, and the temperature was suitable. Hygiene: Generally clean and tidy, no complaints. Service: The price is here, and the child's extra bed was also available at 10 o'clock in the middle of the night, and it was quickly fixed. Good reviews. However, many of the buffets in the evening are pre-prepared dishes, which are not recommended. We had dinner in the Chinese restaurant for 3 days. The overall quality of the dishes was ok, but many of the service staff were new, and management and training needed to be strengthened. The breakfast was basically the same as most five-star levels. Skiing: There is your own snow house, which is not very crowded. We basically borrowed ski equipment on the first day and returned it on the last day. The equipment is generally relatively new. However, this cabinet is really expensive at 100 a day. It was borrowed for 5 days and 500 was gone. The snow house is relatively close to the intermediate trail. It takes 7-8 minutes for a novice to walk with equipment to the big magic carpet, and 4-5 minutes to the small magic carpet. I didn't experience much else.

Overall GREAT value for people who want to ski with a cozy and comfortable place to rest. Includes breakfast, one ski session per day of stay, equipment (boots helmet and skis or snowboard) and one time hot spring. Easy access to the small village with shops (mostly for winter sports and a couple of convenience stores), and restaurants, and the ski center. Everything is convenient with services and staff attention of outstanding quality. Room are a little outdated, however, you soon find it to be unimportant. Great for couples, families and friends traveling together

The room is nice, the bed is big enough to sleep two adults and one child. The breakfast is rich and can be brought back to the room. The ski house can go directly to the ski slope, but the beginner's ski slope is a little difficult, and you have to walk a long way, which is a bit inconvenient. The place to change shoes is too crowded and too small. There is nothing to play behind the hotel. It is better to have a small playground in the backyard of the Sheraton Hotel. Moreover, it is located in a remote location in the resort area, and it is too far to go to the town. The shuttle bus is super inconvenient. You have to wait outside by yourself. The service staff will not watch it. When you ask for help, they actually say that this kind of thing is not their job. There is no airport pick-up and drop-off, just a bus, fixed point, and the round-trip time is not caught up. The daily flights are not flexible enough and not enough. In short, the shuttle bus and the airport bus are super dissatisfied. Hallasan Hot Spring is very small indoor, mostly outdoor, and there is no place for sweat steaming. In short, the experience is not very good, and there is no service and feeling of a star hotel at all.

The stay was very satisfactory. The location of Sheraton Hotel is relatively quiet, but it is not far from the town by foot. The air is good and it is nice to walk around. Special thanks to Xiaohui from the concierge department and Xiaochen, the manager. As soon as I arrived at the hotel, they took the initiative to greet me and introduced the various services provided by the hotel. They also added WeChat, reminded me of various precautions, and upgraded me to the executive floor. Take the cable car to the top of the mountain, and you can also take pictures of the distant view of Changbai Mountain. Play the slide, which is super exciting. Choose to go directly to the hot spring at 1 pm. It is refreshing to soak in the hot spring when there are fewer people during the off-peak hours.

The hotel is just inside the gate of Changbai Mountain as shown in the picture The only reason I chose this hotel is that they can help me book tickets and it is close to the entrance of Changbai Mountain (but I didn't expect it to be so close, probably less than 100 meters, it feels like I can see this pointed ticket gate after walking two steps) It is indeed a bit inconvenient to go out to other attractions, but we are mainly here to go to Tianchi so it's okay. The room environment is better than I expected, quite clean, and similar to the style of Beipo Lanjing And the front desk service is very enthusiastic, especially a sister with round eyes who really tries to meet our needs as much as possible. We didn't bring a hot pack and couldn't find the store, and she also helped us find a colleague.

Very satisfied with my stay in this hotel. The hotel has convenient transportation, fresh air, beautiful environment, and many delicious food... The comfort of the room and the warm service exceeded my expectations. The room was beautifully decorated with complete furniture and facilities, and the bed was very comfortable, allowing me to get a good rest during the trip. Moreover, the hotel staff are very friendly and professional. If you have any questions, they will answer them immediately and provide attentive help. The hotel facilities are very complete, including hot springs, gyms, and swimming pools. You can arrange a variety of entertainment activities in the afternoon and before returning to your room. The most surprising thing is that the hotel's breakfast is very rich and varied, and every dish is delicious. Overall, I was very happy with my stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort and warm service

The hotel is well located, about 30 min by taxi from Baishan Changbaishan airport, 10 min walk from the West slope departure center as well as many restaurants. It looks majestic from the outside and inside, although a bit old. You can enjoy inside and outside hot springs of different kinds and temperatures. There is a huge buffet with various choices for breakfast (Chinese dishes mainly, two kind of fruits and some Western options). The room was very spacious and comfortable. The carpet floor was not very clean and the room smelled like cigarette on the first day, although we asked for a non smoking room. After leaving the window open the whole day it was better and the smell did not come back.

As a southerner experiencing outdoor hot springs for the first time, I am very satisfied with Tianmu Hot Spring Hotel. Tianmu Hot Spring Hotel has many facilities, and even the hot water in the hotel rooms uses natural hot springs. And compared with other hot spring hotels in Changbai Mountain, Tianmu Hot Spring Hotel is simply the king of cost-effectiveness. I am very satisfied with this trip.

The hotel is in a good location, with a commercial street on the first floor and very close to the ski resort, which is very convenient. The interior decoration style of the room is simple yet elegant, and the quality is reflected in the details. The bedding is soft and comfortable, allowing me to sleep peacefully every night and relax my body and mind. This stay experience is great, and I will give priority to this hotel in the future.
