It was my first time staying at Park Hyatt Changbaishan, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The butler service was truly exceptional, and a special shoutout to Romy, who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. She was incredibly caring and thoughtful, helping us arrange transport and even assisting with sending a parcel back to Malaysia. We were here for a birthday celebration, and she surprised us with a free room upgrade, which made the trip even more special. The food at the hotel was delicious and comforting, though we do hope for more variety in the future. The breathtaking views and the overall experience were perfect, and we can’t wait to return for another stay. One suggestion for improvement: it would be great if there were a map to make the area more tourist-friendly. There are many shops around the hotel, but we didn’t realize this until after skiing. A guide would make exploring the area much easier for guests. Thank you for an unforgettable stay!

Payment infrastructure a nightmare. Visa card wouldn’t work in their machine. Had to withdraw cash from neighbour hotel. Trip.com took full amount as guarantee and held for 20 days! Payment system resulted in very stressful encounter. Beware!

The room is very nice. The bedside and some corners are clean and dust-free. The carpet is a little dirty but acceptable. It is recommended to remove the carpet to make it look cleaner. The facilities are a little old. The air conditioner is not cold enough and the hair dryer is a little broken. It would be better if it could be improved. However, it is understandable that the hotel has been around for so many years. In addition, there is only one set of shower gel and shampoo for two people staying in the hotel, which is not enough. Fortunately, the customer service attitude is very good. It was delivered immediately after the telephone communication. It is very humane. The breakfast is very good and nutritionally balanced. I will come again for business trips in the future.

The environment is very beautiful, the room is also very satisfactory, the hotel service is also good, especially the concierge Xiao Du, Xiao Xing's service is warm and thoughtful, helping to arrange the car, arrange the tour, a great trip. The skiing and rafting provided by the hotel are great, but I didn't have time to experience the hot springs. I will come again next time. It would be even better if the hotel's free tours were more flexible. For example, it is not limited to fixed people, but the number of times the room is owned, and it can be used randomly.

There is nothing to eat nearby, but the hotel has a restaurant with different types of food to choose from, and the hotel's breakfast is very good, with many varieties that can be provided to travelers of different ages👫 2️⃣The most distinctive feature is his hot spring, with super many pools. The first floor is an indoor hot spring, with children's hot spring pools, etc. The indoor structure is like a tropical rain forest, the second floor is a rest area, with sofas, salt baths, screening rooms, etc., the third floor is an outdoor hot spring, with 7 pools, and it is also suitable for taking pictures on snowy days. Ginger tea is also prepared🫚! 3️⃣The only drawback is that the attitude of a service staff at the front desk of the hot spring is not very good. There are elderly people who are not very good at entering and exiting the rotating entrance and exit, and they are very impatient to guide (a beautiful and thin girl doing manicure). I hope to avoid it in the future😂 I feel very satisfied with my family🧑🧑🧒 and will come again in the future~~~

The family suite with a small courtyard is next to the main building of the hotel. The front desk will help pick up and drop off luggage. Eating, hot springs, and entertainment activities are all in the main building of the hotel. From the small courtyard to the main building, you have to go through a section of the outdoor road. The temperature difference between indoor and outdoor is relatively large, so you must wear appropriate clothes. Compared with public indoor and outdoor hot springs, the private hot springs in the small courtyard are actually the most comfortable. It is said that they are all natural hot spring water. Soaking every day is very refreshing. When checking in, Miss Willow at the front desk received us very warmly, carefully introduced the various facilities and activity arrangements of the hotel, and took the initiative to add WeChat. Any questions were responded to in a timely manner. Every staff member of the hotel served with a smile, which was very warm. We stayed for five days and four nights. The three meals a day and supper were very good. The dishes changed every day. I tasted several Northeast specialties without leaving the village. There are billiards, table tennis, chess and card rooms, and KTV on the third floor. They are all free to use, and adults can also have fun. The most important thing is that the ski resort completely exceeded my expectations. The ski slopes are very suitable for beginners and intermediate players. The hotel guests are led by professional coaches. They will give effective guidance according to your situation every day. You can upgrade to the next class after mastering the essentials. The course arrangement is very reasonable. I am very grateful to several coaches. I have fallen in love with skiing since then~ This all-inclusive form is really worry-free. If you only ski, the additional expenditure is only the cost of renting ski equipment. In addition, there are many photographers in the ski resort who are always taking pictures. If you want to get good-looking photos, remember to pose more. The price is 60 yuan per photo. You need to go to the computer on the fourth floor to pick out the photos yourself. The package is 498 for a single person and 698 for a double person, and you can take all the selected photos. Tips: As long as you want to pick photos, you will definitely pick a lot of photos in the end, so it is recommended to directly check all the photos taken of yourself and pay the package price directly for the best value.
