Baiyin Hotel

I came here because of Zhang Weiwei's album "Baiyin Hotel". Time in Baiyin does go by much slower than the outside world, but the cat that Guo Long raised is long gone. The service is very good, and the equipment is old. The overall living experience is good, and it is a safe place.

One thing that is very different about the Baiyin Hotel is that there are some books with quite deep meanings in a corner of the table in the room, which is incompatible with the current fast food culture at first glance. When I first stayed there, I found a very thick book called "Rushi Yulin". This time, I was lucky enough to find a book called "Youyou Woxin". The second word "you" was replaced by two dots, which aroused my curiosity. This method of reduplication is very ancient. It was found in the oracle bone inscriptions of the Shang Dynasty, but it is not commonly used today. I was deeply attracted after reading a small part. Many details in the book seem to have happened yesterday. The author has an amazing memory and his optimism and compassion can be felt between the lines. Some descriptions about that era are worth reading. I also understand why only this hotel puts some books in each room, because the boss's fate was slowly changed when he entered the school and started reading by chance when he was young. I feel sad about this fast-food era full of short videos, and too many people are increasingly ** in the nipple pleasure and it is difficult to think deeply. For this reason alone, this hotel deserves my five-star praise!

Environment: Good value for money, the decoration style of the last century, low-key luxury. The whole hotel seems to have three buildings, the rooms and scale are quite large, but the room area is a bit small, and the room service also has room for improvement.

The bed is a little hard and the air conditioner is not cold. Although it is in a school zone, the radio is occasionally heard during the day and it is relatively quiet at night. There is no free bottled water but there is a drinking water machine in the bathroom, but we still go to the store to buy water. There are many travel agencies outside the hotel. We found a chartered car to go to the Yellow River Stone Forest. Breakfast is on the second floor of our building, but the food is not very good.

The room facilities are old, the bathroom is relatively small, and the basic conditions are not very good. The food is OK, and the noodles for breakfast are worth eating. The front desk staff has a good attitude. The overall feeling is average.

The hotel is a bit noisy, but fortunately the room is far away. It takes about 1 hour to drive to the Yellow River Stone Forest.
