"1. There was a constant dripping sound on the roof, just like a leak. I couldn't sleep all night. I gave a bad review and reported it to the front desk. The front desk solution was to give earplugs. What's the use? Can earplugs block the outside noise? 2. Marriott's company even collects a deposit. It's really cool. 3. The open toilet in the bathroom is really a thought. You can't just smell it, but also look at it. I'm speechless. 4. The service is indifferent and the attitude is bad. The experience is quite bad."

So I asked the front desk to upgrade our room in their system, and we would pay the difference. The front desk then changed our room for free, which was very kind of them.
