The hotel is in the old part of the city, next to the Shirwanshakhov Palace and the Girl Tower. Go to the hotel on foot and find easy. The room is clean, the towels are snowy, the room has tea, water, teapot. Health in the bathroom: shampoo, shower gel, toothbrushes - all there are. The floors are warm, we even lowered the battery temperature and opened the window (November) so warm in the room. Very attentive and responsive staff, told the restaurant where to eat. One day for breakfast came to the very end, and Aitan prepared us separate eggs in addition to common dishes. It was very pleasant.

The hotel is located in Baku old city, not far from Maiden tower and metro station. If they need a cheap place to stay, I’d totally recommend this one. The only downside about the hotel is all the sockets in the room are very loose, kinda annoying and hard to charge electronic devices.

I checked in at 10 o'clock on the day of check-in. The front desk staff personally took me to the room. The lady was very considerate and introduced the hotel's facilities and environment to me in detail. The bed in the room was not very comfortable because it was not flat, one side was high and the other side was low, and it collapsed. And the quilt cover was not put on properly. The restaurant upstairs has a good view, the dinner tastes good, and there are many varieties of breakfast, but most of them are sweets. I asked the staff for chili sauce separately. I stayed for four days and was generally satisfied. The location is really good, and it is a three-minute walk from the subway station!

We will forever leave this hotel and the guys who work there!
The excellent manager named Edwin, met us as kindly as possible, told about the most delicious restaurants, what sights to visit and where to exchange money. It is very sad to leave, such hospitality we have not met anywhere yet! On the respiratory work is a very nice guy named Ibrahim, he will meet you as kindly.
The owner of the hotel also paid special attention to us, treated wine and told a lot of interesting, every evening we spent time in the general company and it was very, very cool!
In general, friends, if you are looking for a hotel - definitely choose this place!
We recommend choosing rooms on the second floor, the hotel has a beautiful balcony , the rooms are clean and regular cleaning is underway.
Guys, you're just the best 🔥

I read good reviews and came. On Sunday you can't get to the hotel, the roads are closed, it's about 150 meters to walk, but keep that in mind if you have suitcases. There is no elevator either, so be prepared. Everything else seems to be fine for a 3-star hotel. But, all night until 3 o'clock there was club music playing downstairs, and you can't hear it in the hallway or from the street, but you can't sleep in the room... Overall, the impression was spoiled, I couldn't get enough sleep for an early flight...

GGuest UserVery easy to reach on foot, great!
Very friendly and professional, thank you!
But my room wasn't clean. Dust, other people's hair,... and the bathroom could do with a good clean. Chlorine is best... mold and toothpaste residue.
The outdoor pool is highly recommended! Awesome!!!
The coffee and food are delicious!
GGuest UserVery Nice humble and cooperative staff , especially Fidan , Malik Zaki during day time warmly welcomed, at night young and brilliant boy Mr sabuhi very Nice and cooperative. Breakfast superb. Overall great experience to stay with midway looking forward next time again visit Azerbaijan must stay with Midway.
LLeytonFrom the moment I arrived and asked for an early checkin, the staff haven been flexible and very engaging. I stay in a lot of hotels and this is one of the best in relation to aesthetics, but most importantly the staff.
GGuest UserThe room is of a suitable size, and the facilities are generally like those of a domestic 3-star hotel. The service is generally poor, which is probably because the habits here are relatively rough. The taste of breakfast is not suitable for our taste. The biggest problem of this hotel is that it faces the street on three sides, with heavy traffic and severe noise at night.
__Maria_Nice hotel, stayed for one night, located near the fountain square and the Old Town. There is a shop in the same house.
The room was not very big, ok for one night. The bathroom is spacious, but somehow outdated, in fact, like the style of the room, I would like something more fashionable or something. Breakfast is good, there is plenty to choose from.
It's a little strange that not all the staff at the hotel speak Russian, although the whole city speaks it.
GGuest UserExcellent hotel, everywhere when I need a hotel, my first option is Ibis, good price and good service. In Baku, the breakfast is so good, lot of delicious foods, the room is clean and everything works.
My daughters loves the bed, softy and comfortable.
AAmmad KhalilOur Flight got cancelled due to visa issues, we went to a different hotel called MAAJID HOTEL in old city,
Before yesterday we were here for 5 nights, after spending one night in maajid hotel we missed the amenities & luxuries we had in this hotel so early morning we decided to come back to AUSTIN HOTEL BAKU again because its in the heart of baku , every time whether its day or night you look outside the window, you see the world alive in nice dresses & good moods, i would say its the HILTON HOTEL OF VEGAS in Baku.
No scam at all but please book this hotel only through trip.com because trip.com get you half price, i came here personally to check the price for a room , they quoted me a $100 night which is reasonable but i opened trip.com app & found the same room price in just $50 a night then i try to book & its done in just 1 minute.
No Scam
No overcharge
Very friendly staff
Staff is so good like they talk to you like they are your family members.
I am very impressed, i will visit this hotel again & again & again but only through trip.com
AArtyom PetukhovWhen I checked in I was told the door is broken so I could not open it with the electronic key and they'll open it, but it's gonna be fixed the next day. Of course it was never fixed and I had to ask the staff to open it for me every time. Felt REALLY awkward. Then some day some random woman (she was working here I believe) just opened my door and walked in while I was in my room at midnight, saw me, said sorry and run away. What was that I have no idea, but it kinda gives you an idea about their take on privacy. The TV was not working, because the cable was literally torn apart, the WiFi broke down several times and one time it was more than 24 hours. The showerhead was broken, the water from the shower never went the way it supposed to, but straight to the floor, the toilet was not really attached to the floor (thankfully it was attached to communications). With that being said, I still think the hotel is okay for the price, the room was nice, big and clean and had a personal balcony and the staff were really friendly.
