Horrible experience. We arrived way before the check-in (3:00am) so we paid cash for the extra night. The rooms were horrible. Mold all over the sink. Water leaking by the toilet. Black stains on the sofa. Cigarette burns on the headboard. We were 3 in one of the rooms (we had 2 separate rooms) no blanket for the extra rollaway bed. Morning, no breakfast. Restaurant sent us to the FD, front desk back to the restaurant. The supposed breakfast area was empty. At the end, someone prepared us a small plate with some cold meats & cheese. We checked out even though we had the next night paid through *******. Contacted ******* but they couldn’t get a hold of the manager. They didn’t refund us. I sent ******* the photos. Terrible experience.

Sparse, old, shower temperature impossible to control, no hangers in closet, door lock flimsy and had previous damage, bugs in bathroom. Staff were friendly but that's about the only positive thing I can say.

I booked this hotel for 1 Night as it's showing 4* Hotel but when i reach the hotel no one came for luggage i went reception for this then hotel Manager said i look into Camera you take your own Luggage so i didn't send anyone for luggage, after them they alote a Smelly and lower category room, we also take our luggage, when we went reception for change room category they gave me another room but it's key not working, then i again went to reception for room change then gave me another room and it's Ac not working, after that i went recaption again then they gave me a small room but luckly Ac And room key is working, All time i have to carry my own luggage, hotel didn't send anyone for that, i lost my 2Hr in this process I have traveled my 3 yr daughter when i went for Breakfast then hotel said we will charge additional breakfast cost of your 3 yr daughter, and in his Breakfast menus is Tomato and Cucumber Slice only

I stayed at the hotel in June 2024. I liked the hotel. They put me in a standard room. There were delicious breakfasts. I was very pleased with the pool and gym. I would like to say a big thank you to all the hotel staff for my comfortable vacation.

Worst hotel in the history of travel. I haven't seen such dirt for a long time. There was stains everywhere in the bathtub, broken plumbing fixtures, the carpet in the room looked as if cigarette ashes had been dumped on it. Why this comparison? Because when I entered the room, it smelled like cigarettes, as if a pack had been smoked in it 20 minutes ago. The bed was not fully made. He asked me to bring slippers and a blanket. They didn't refuse. I needed to spend 2 nights in Baku. Thank God I only booked this hotel for 1 night as I had doubts. I recommend the hotel to do a very thorough cleaning of everything.

I don't recommend it to anyone. Terrible hotel. The rooms are smoky, the furniture and fixtures are old. Located on the outskirts. The rooms have a strong terrible smell. Although they changed my second room, it stinks everywhere. I wanted to move out, but they don’t give me my money back. I don't recommend it to anyone
