Great hotel and great service. The location is also great and there’s always Bolt nearby. Highly recommend it 👌🏻

I would recommend the hotel simply because of the location. The airport shuttle picks up and drops off right in front of the hotel, making transport to/from the airport very simple and very cheap. As a centrail location, with a metro stop 3 minutes away, it has all of the food/grocery options you'd need within a 5-minute walking radius. Regarding the facility, we had a suite with a kitchen and family area, which made our stay pleasant. The interior wasn't fancy and was a bit dates, but was clean and suitable. The staff were fine, but I would not say they were especially ”warm.”

We checked into the hotel at noon on April 28. About ten minutes after we checked in, a cleaning staff swiped the card and opened the door without knocking. After a brief communication with us, we thought that the front desk system did not track it in time, and perhaps the cleaning staff did not know that this room had been checked in, so we did not report this to the hotel front desk. Around 10:30 p.m. local time on April 29, another hotel worker appeared and swiped the card to open the door without knocking. After seeing us, he immediately closed the door and slipped away without apologizing. We promptly reported this to Ctrip and the hotel front desk. After about half an hour, the hotel staff came to apologize after checking the surveillance. I clearly stated that I would not accept the apology. After staying for two days, the door was opened every day. And at this time, we found that the door lock of our room was broken and could not be locked in the room. We called the repairman to repair the door. After dealing with these things, it was close to midnight. April 30, we checked out at around 10 a.m. When we checked out, the front desk politely asked if the stay was good for the past two days? We found that the hotel had no record of this incident. We expressed our anger, and the hotel sent staff to apologize. The conclusion given was that the cleaning staff could not speak English, but not knocking on the door and not speaking English were the problems of the hotel management team, not our responsibility as customers. The hotel staff said that the incident had already happened, and we checked out, and there was nothing they could do. I reasonably suspect that the hotel discriminates against Chinese and women. I don’t know if Asian women are too easy to talk to when they go out. The hotel did not give any solutions in person. We were in a hurry and left without continuing to argue with the hotel. Continue to feedback Ctrip, Ctrip helped to handle the complaint, and also made a complaint to Hilton’s official customer service, and the complaint is still being followed up. It is not recommended for single women or female friends in groups to stay in this hotel. Safety is not guaranteed. A very bad living experience. Ctrip’s service is very good and has been helping us deal with complaints. 🚗Using the local taxi app, we called a taxi about six or seven times from and to the hotel, and the driver could never find the correct location of the hotel. I don’t know what happened.

The restaurant staff is fantastic. They even interacted with us by saying our own language. The room is good. The shower pressure in bathroom is very strong. This is a hotel which we loved.

Very nice Hotel. A little far from city centre. Cleanliness was very good and so far was the staff. Breakfast was amazing. Value for money. Overall a very good experience.

The hotel is located in the old town. Many sights are within walking distance. The hotel looked newly renovated. It has three floors, with the guest rooms on the first and second floors. Everything was very clean. The breakfast was very plentiful and delicious. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. We were very satisfied. Our room only had a skylight, as it was on the second floor under the roof. Although it was mentioned in the room description, I didn't notice it. But it wasn't a problem, as the room had air conditioning that you could adjust yourself. We would stay at this hotel again, but would request a room on the first floor.

I often travel to Baku on business, and this is my permanent residence. The location is very convenient, especially to the old city, which is completely walkable. The breakfast is very rich, and you can see the sea from the upper floors. The room is very spacious and you won't feel depressed after staying for a long time.

Сам отель больше тянет на 3*, а не на 4*. Рядом стройка, что добавляет шума, пыли и соответственно портит вид из окна. На 7-ом этаже советую не селиться, поскольку на 8-ом находится круглосуточный ресторан, в котором периодически проходят различные мероприятия, после которых персонал расставляет мебель обратно. Уснуть при таком раскладе сложно, так как шумоизоляции естественно никакой нет. Завтраки разнообразные, шведский стол, но качество еды на твёрдую тройку. Постельное бельё чистое, но с дырками. До старого города неспешным шагом примерно 25-30 минут. В общем не могу сказать, что было ужасно, но второй раз в отель точно не вернусь.

I Went there like 3 weeks ago the hotel was super great the stuff was really helpful the rooms are very clean and good it is near to nizami street the food in the restaurant is very deliscious and the aera is very safe in the begning i had a problem in my reservation but we could fix it and i enjoyed it really i will choose this hotel always when i go to baku big love to every one
