Baku Hotels with Wi-Fi

I was given a room thats wasn’t up to Marriotts standard!! (3110 to be exact), and It took the reception an hour to check me in due to System update, and when i did check in to tye toom the Wall décor was coming off, drawers handles were scratched and was nothing like the one i had before, The breakfast buffet was good, and staff were very polite and professional and answered every question that i had.

Decided to pay a little extra and go with this hotel and we weren’t disappointed. The room was big and comfortable, the breakfast was delicious and the gym is good 👍. Only downside was that the pool is either too cold or too windy. Given the fact that the main recent we booked it was for the pool, it is a shame that we didn’t get to swim much! Staff are very friendly.

Hotel services was very nice good heating systems is working good, hot water always comes,in cold weather, all thinghs perfect just because of TRIP.COM i booked hotel from trip.com, they always take care of the customers A suggestion is to stay there but be extra careful with the hotel accessories specifically gass doors, they are not strong. Live there extra care. I stayed for 7 days and the stay was pleasant just because of trip.com customer care and support

A wonderful hotel, with perfect service, clean, well-kept rooms, a very beautiful hotel both inside and outside, large rooms, but (!!!) the rooms are very uncomfortable, there are no shelves, hooks, hanging and nowhere to put clothes, I really hope this will be fixed, because otherwise the hotel is very good.

The location of the hotel is a bit unfortunate. Walking distance to the metro is about 20 minutes, along not the most beautiful and systemic streets + crossing the railway. Then there are only advantages! Very welcoming and friendly staff at the reception and the young man and girl suggested everything, answered all questions related not only to the hotel, thank you very much to them!!! In room 313 the kettle lid is slightly broken, in room 307 the hairdryer does not work. The pillows are a little hard but this is my subjective opinion. The rooms themselves are 4-bed, divided into two rooms. One room has no windows, the second has 2 windows. The room's equipment is modern, everything is comfortable, there are bathrobes, slippers, toothbrushes, shower and shaving sets. Good buffet breakfast.

The hotel is in the old city, with B&B standards. The room is relatively small, the two single beds are also small, the breakfast is average, it is very close to the subway station, a 5-minute walk, and the attractions in the old city are within a 10-minute walk. There are many restaurants in the old city, so dining is convenient.

Very nice staffs at reception, met different faces during my stay but all my needs are well taken care of. Great job front desk team! Room is spacious, location is a bit far from tourist attractions, but has supermarket within walking distance, also a shuttle bus can be booked to go to old town. Breakfast is not good as Intercontinental, very little choices so didn't eat there.
