It offers 3 private levels of living space with multiple balconies overlooking the ocean. The main level with the pool deck and infinity pool that appears to melt into the ocean, also offers one bedroom with full bathroom, a full kitchen and a living room with a sofa sleeper. The top level offers two bedrooms, each with full bathrooms, a kitchenette, living and dining rooms. The bottom level offers a separate entrance apartment with a bedroom, full bathroom, kitchenette,living with sofa bed and dining room. To make packing easier for our guests, we have also furnished the villa with beach chairs, yeti coolers and cups, beach bags, beach towels, pool and ocean floats. Beach shade canopy, kitchen basics include oils, salt and pepper and basic seasonings. Lots of games including giant jenga and cornhole boards. The spacious penthouse units at Andy's Castle (named Sunrise and Sunset) are in Canifest, Anguilla, just minutes away from the "Worlds Best Beach" Shoal Bay. Each 2-bedroom Penthouse is 2000 sq. ft of bliss. Both Sunrise and Sunset are 3rd floor fully-furnished units with an open concept, including a spacious kitchen with island/bar and state of the art appliances. A large eating area with picture window overlooks spectacular views of the untouched landscape below, while the living room area and reading nook add to spacious comfort. Clearview Villas offers two separate units. The upstairs, which features 4 bedrooms and 4 baths sleeps up to 8. There are 2 master bedrooms with king size beds and en suite baths, 1 bedroom with queen size bed and 1 room with 2 twin beds. All rooms are colorfully decorated and are equipped with ceiling fans as well as Air conditioning. In addition to the rooms, this 3000 sq. ft. unit has a spacious open floor plan perfect for entertaining. Relax and enjoy the gorgeous views from the living/dining area and feel the breeze that flows through the windows!! The kitchen is generously equipped for the vacationer who likes to entertain at home, yet the island also offers some exquisite restaurants for those who desire to dine out!The downstairs unit is a bit smaller featuring 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths, sleeping up to 6. The master bedroom like the upstairs, offers a king size bed and en suite bath. There is also a day/trundle bed in the master that would be perfect for families or friends who are traveling together and need the extra sleeping space.
