"I went on holiday with my partner far away to celebrate our anniversary and we were super lucky and got an upgrade to one of the duplex with golf views, absolutely beautiful and massive for the 2 of us, but it was a bit disappointed as the room was not clean enough and the housekeeper had to come to clean the bathroom a bit better and also the horrible stains on the floor in the room but after that everything was perfect and we were very happy. The hotel is very good located if you are looking for a quiet place to stay far away from the hubbub but be aware that you need to take taxi to get the beach or rent a bike or a car, walking distance is not an option. The swimming pools are really good and you have plenty of space to sunbathing. The staff at the hotel are exceptional and with a high level of customer service and always willing to help, special mention to Martin from the restaurant and also Raul and Diana from the Reception, very good customers service and happy to help. The breakfast was really good and we were very impressed with plenty of variety for everyone and the staff really efficient. On the negative side we would like to mention that we would have liked a small touch from the hotel to say congratulations as we got engaged and we mentioned to Diana and Raul from the Reception and also to Martin but not a small little thing to say congratulations like a card or 2 glasses of prosecco or kind of. About the room, we would like to mention that the mattress are not very comfy as you expect from a 4* hotel and even though the room was very well equipped we missed a bin in the room and we had to use the one from the bathroom in the living room. We did not eat at the restaurant so I cannot tell about the food there and we did not use the gym or the spa either. We will definitely come back next year. "

"The hotel is in the best location of the city: by the best beaches and at the same time in the heart of the city. Many restaurants and shops are a few meters away. There is also a grocery store in the building. Most of the apartments overlook the indoor pool. You have to be careful with the ones that look outside, because some of them face a noisier main road. However, among these are also the best apartments that overlook the sea. Although there are restaurants below them, they are not too noisy. The building has two floors. The disadvantage of the first floor is that guests leave in front of the terraces. The apartments are well furnished and well insulated from the neighbors. You can even go to the beach in a bathing suit. In the inner garden the beds are a bit tight, so there is no real privacy. 12 EU for two beds and a parasol on the beach."

"We were kindly met, quickly arranged, told everything and carried out to the room. The room is excellent, two-level, with two bathrooms, with equipped kitchens, finely working air conditioners and a small balcony. Food is not provided. To the beach a couple steps up to one and 3 minutes up to the other. The hotel is the beginning (or completion) of a gold mile, so there are no problems with walking and shopping. Excellent place to stay!"

"Booked here for a cheap get away, room was ideal for our needs, it was clean enough, spacious balcony to chill on, powerful shower, location was ideal, few minute walk from anything you could need, roughly 5 minute walk to the beach, exactly what we needed. Rooftop terrace perfect for catching the sun most of the day. Would happily stay again."

"The room is clean and spacious, warmly decorated, and the bed is soft and comfortable. I had a good rest at night. The bathroom is clean, with complete toiletries, and the water pressure and hot water are stable. The view outside the window is also beautiful, which makes people feel happy."

"It's been 15 years since my last trip to Tenerife and the comments below are based on international five star hotel experiences around the globe. So here's what I experienced on this reservation:- Positives 1.Check in / out process fast and professional. 2.Direct beach access via the pool area. 3.Breakfast buffet with internal and external seating choices was excellent. 4.Evening entertainment between 21:00 and 23:00 Hrs was good. Negatives 1. Allocated R3101 upon arrival and entered to find the bath tub was extremely dirty and required solvent cleaning to remove large accumulation of water scale dirt around plug area (Approx 200mm in dia). Root cause of this problem is a leakage from the shower hose connection which remains to be fixed. 2. TV was on and could not be turned off. This was rectified by Maintenace changing the batteries within the remote control. 3. Sink plunger mechanism was broken and I was shown how to remove the plug on a daily basis once housekeeping cleaned the room. 4. Locking mechanism on the balcony sliding door is broken and extremely hard to open / closed. 5. Only one, yes one pool towel provided / guest at the pool via a plastic card that you are required to exchange at the pool towel bar. If you forget this card it's a return trip to the room. General Travel Tips. 1. Taxi from TFS Airport to hotel cost 25 Euro each way. 2. Hard Rock Cafe located next door (£££). 3. Great Italian, Thai, Japanese and British restaurants located on the second floor off the shopping complex across the road from the hotel (££££) "
