"The staff stood out. Front desk and service personnel are frequently described as friendly, helpful and going the extra mile. Rooms/apartments are comfortable, modern and well-equipped. You get good amenities: air‑conditioning, kitchenette or small kitchen, adequate space to relax. Cleanliness is generally very good. Guests report tidy rooms, well‑maintained facilities. The rooftop pool is a highlight: nice views, pleasant space. It’s a relaxing place to unwind. Location: while not right by the busiest tourist centres, it’s well placed. Close to bus stops, reasonable for reaching Valletta, Sliema etc. It offers a quieter base compared to staying in the busiest districts. Good value for money. Given what you get (space, amenities, staff), many guests feel they are getting more than their money’s worth"

"The room was spacious beyond expectation and very clean. The location was also OK, with a lot of bus stops at the door (but anyone who knows about public transportation in Malta knows). Let me talk about the problems: 1. The sound insulation was very poor. Our room was next to the elevator, and the noise of people entering and exiting the elevator affected our rest; the location was facing the street, and the motorcycles were noisy at night. 2. The room 506 we stayed in had a problem with the drainage of the shower, which overflowed into the living room. 3. I don't know if it is Malta's policy or the hotel's policy, but there is a 25 euro fee for check-in before 15:00, and there is no such fee after that."
