"This hotel is perfect for this island. Everything was beautiful. We had a slight hiccup at the check-in, but manager Vince settled the issue in a very professional way. He was kind and he listened and acted accordingly. I really appreciated that. They do have the best bar in the island with the most attentive bartenders. The drinks was so pretty and delicious. I strongly recommend this hotel I know I will come back."

It was raining and cloudy so couldn’t do the kayak that the resort provided. 😢 Everything was nice. ***The bar is under-construction untill October but you can enjoy the seat around there dont gorget to prepare your mosquitoes repellent spray!! "Great hotel! Very beautiful area by the pool and the sea, especially incredibly beautiful in the evening. The prices in the restaurant are adequate, inexpensive and everything was delicious to us! Cocktails are also very good. Breakfast is quite poor, but there is something to eat. The staff is very friendly and ready to help. Having swept around the island, we realized that this beach is the best) there are no shops and cafes near the hotel (it takes about 15 minutes to walk, probably). We always ate at the hotel. Rented bikes directly at the hotel for 300 baht/day. The bungalows, of course, are very interesting: they are made of wood, the audibility is very good, but this did not bother us. At night, it's fun to listen to the sounds of the jungle. Sometimes it was scary that someone would crawl into the house, as they wrote in the reviews, but we didn’t have any “guests” at all. We really liked everything. We will definitely come back here again!"

"Starting with the positives, Tolani resort has really friendly staff who bent over backwards to make your stay pleasant. It also has beautiful rooms our bungalow was clean and comfortable with good aircon and a very comfortable bed. It gave a feeling of luxury though the water pressure in the shower was really bad. It’s outside of the rooms that this resort falls flat. Tolani is positioning itself as a luxury resort and with a high price point to match but for the money it doesn’t deliver. The resort is supposedly on the beach but in reality the beach is not easily accessible from the resort. You can climb over rocks and swim over to the beach but it’s not easy. This means you will not have any sun loungers on the beach which can be an issue as the pool area is very small with only a handful of beds there. It’s also what you want from a beach front resort. The food at the resort including breakfast is very poor but very expensive. Thankfully there are great restaurants nearby but we didn’t have a single good meal here. Drinks and food are massively overpriced for the island too. We also had a poor experience at checkout. We had given our scooter back to the hire place but needed to head to the shops and so my wife asked if it was possible to get a taxi. A kind member of staff offered to run her up the road quickly in their car which we assumed was just a kind gesture. On checkout they charged us 15 euros for this trip. That’s an outrageous price for a 5 minute ride down the road but it also wasn’t communicated to us that we would be charged at the time as we wouldn’t have agreed. When we challenged this they told us we had to pay. It left a really bad taste in the mouth and it showcased this place is mainly looking to make money off its guests and not about creating a good experience. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend staying here because there are better resorts for the price point and the food and facilities are both sorely lacking. The lovely staff are not enough to save the price gouging happening here."

"The environment did not have to say, open the door is the sea view, the hotel breakfast is a set meal, the choice is effective, but the lunch is still very delicious, the price is a little expensive, but it is acceptable. "Our family of three lived in this new year for three days, and there was still some reluctance to go. The hotel has a beach, the most beautiful at 7 or 8 in the morning, there are very few people, the sand is not bad, and there are free kayaks for guests to play. The hotel is a small villa, very new and very clean, mini bar snacks can be eaten free of charge, building materials are mostly taken from natural materials, very environmentally friendly. Kindly, we have spent two or three hundred yuan on a dinner meal with a full range of seafood and meat. There is also a happy hour every afternoon, and the cost is also very good. The fly in the ointment is that the hotel is rather ridiculous, travel can only rent a small motorcycle, the hotel rent a motorcycle to 400 pigs a day, slightly expensive."

"There aren't many options on the island to accommodate a large family in one place, and this house was a great choice for us. The villa accommodated our entire large family, and although the bungalows are quite simply equipped, the area around is simply stunning - green, well-kept and cozy. The hotel is located on one of the best beaches on the island, next to which there is all the necessary infrastructure. A great place for those who are looking for accommodation for a large group and do not require too many sophisticated amenities, but appreciate nature and location!"

"The wCham’s house is a wonderful place , very well located on great beach … But … the staff doesn’t speak very well English ( apart from the responsable persons in every service) . But gettinginformation at the reception is very difficult and getting g the right info at the restaurant ( apart from the menu) is also not possible. The management should really invest in English courses for their staff , as well as invest in the maintenance ( very , very poor) . It looks like that after the pandemic, the owners of Cham’s house want to earn a maximum of money , without investing.. it’s a pity that this wonderful place is loosing it’s glamour .."
