It is conveniently located steps away from the elevator and stairs. You’ll be greeted by a spacious front porch with rocker chairs and views of the beach – perfect for early morning coffee!Once inside, the kitchen offers new cabinetry and modern appliances (fridge, range, microwave, and dishwasher). We’ve also included a rice cooker, pressure cooker, coffee makers, toaster and an assortment of pots, pans, silverware, dishware, etc…The expansive living room has a convertible couch-bed that sleeps two, large wall mounted smart TV, two chairs for the breakfast bar as well as a dining table with sitting for four. From the living room you’ll find a full washer and dryer to take care of laundry needs. The large bathroom offers two separate vanities and walk-in shower.The sizable bedroom has a king bed and dresser with plenty of storage space. There is also a wall mounted fold-out workspace with stool. Additionally, a walk-in closet with new closet system provides additional storing area and full body mirror.Through a set of new sliding glass doors the condo has a balcony with a table for four to enjoy the views of the gulf to one side and the intercostal to the other. An electric grill is included in this space.For your peace of mind, this condo has professionally monitored smoke/CO2/flood sensors.
