If you already have one, you can have them pick you up on our dock. If you are bringing your own boat we have plenty of parking for your trailer, and the public launch is nearby. Just want to fish off the dock no problem we have some poles you can use. We also have washer boards, Horse shoe games and a charcoal grill so you can enjoy the day by the water. Please be advised the listing includes use of the dock but not the boat lift. This beautiful home is located on a wide canal that's just minutes from the ship channel. The private 200 foot waterfront lot and large yard is all yours to enjoy! Your fishing guide can pick you up right from the back yard. The boat house has two stalls with boat lifts so you can pull right in after a day of fishing or crabbing, an outdoor pellet grill, a large area to relax and enjoy the beautiful outdoors, and a newly built climate controlled storage room with easy access from the driveway and boathouse (it has french doors on the front and back).
