We already booked a room in this hotel for 2 weeks in the winter and received better service than we had imagined. First of all, the location is already excellent - about 200 meters down a sloping road to the beach and the same to the nearest supermarket on the main Bali street. The rooms are spacious enough and well furnished, clean, tidy, freshly renovated. The hotel has its own tavern with a wide menu, a good cook who prepares very tasty dishes. The service is amazingly fast! And additional bonuses after the meal. What kind? Try it yourself :) And finally - a large pool for adults and children with a large relaxation area equipped with very good sunbathing furniture with mattresses. Last but not least - very responsive and kind staff. We were lucky. You too can have such a good experience if you book early!

Taverna / apartments Gorgona is beautiful , it’s located just in-front of the sea front just as you enter Bali. It’s in a great location next to the supermarket and other shops with everything you need at your doorstep. The location is beautiful and the rooms are cleaned everyday by the lovely Christina who is very friendly and makes everyone feel welcome! The rooms have a lovely bathroom and comfy beds and a fridge and plenty of storage. The hotel/taverna is run by family and friends and they take great attention to detail to make sure everything is perfect. The food from the taverna is amazing! The best in Bali!!! Traditional Greek food and many other options! Breakfast always has bread, scrambled / fried / boiled eggs, sausages, bacon and fresh fruits, Greek yogurt and many other options available everyday. :) The best part of taverna is the presentation and atmosphere of everything. The taverna / seating area’s / pool area are beautiful. Flowers, trees plants and water features enhance the areas natural beauty making for a relaxed zen experience. There is something very special about this place and the area, if anybody is looking for a beautiful relaxed place to stay in Bali with friendly people who cook amazing fresh food then I couldn’t recommend Gorgona Hotel / Taverna enough! :)

Super knus en gezellig hotel met goede service! Bij aankomst kregen we een kamer met een 2-persoonsbed, wat voor ons aan de kleine kant was. Dit aangegeven en gevraagd om een met 2 aparte bedden. Helaas was dat op dat moment niet beschikbaar. Na 2 dagen kregen we een grotere 3-persoonskamer aangeboden. Top! Lieve mensen die er alles aan willen doen om het je naar de zin te maken. Je kunt daarnaast heerlijk eten bij de bijbehorende taverne.

Cosa è piaciuto · Hotel piccolo, ma molto curato, pulito propietaria presenti e molto disponibili. Tutto di estrema qualità dalle lenzuola al materasso, la colazione abbondante e con prodotti del territorio, frutta buonissima La taverna dell'hotel poi ha una cucina davvero buona Greca e di ottima qualità piatti semplici ma veramente una bonta con prezzi assolutamente ottimi. il tutto davvero bello. Non il lusso di strutture enormi , ma per la grecia e per un soggiorno autentico secondo me una struttura da provare. L'hotel e' a Bali, se si ha una macchina a noleggio facile poter muoversi e visitare le tante spiaggiò bellissime di Creta cosi come le città piu importanti la zona di bali, poi e' turistica e adatta a famiglie con tutti i servizi per chi non vuole muoversi. tutto davvero bello. La baia poi e' anche abbastanza riparata dai venti e quindi adatta per famiglie e chi ama spiaggia e un mare non troppo mosso.

Nous avons séjourné une nuit dans cet hotel avec un enfant en bas âge. Nous étions en transit entre heraklion et rethymnon. La chambre est spacieuse, propre, dispose d'un frigo et d'une climatisation efficace, bonne literie. Un lit parapluie est mis gratuitement à disposition sur demande. Nous n'avons pas eu de nuisance sonore particulière. Petit plus, le restaurant de l'hotel est super beau et propose des plats typiques délicieux. Ils disposent d'un espace de jeux fermé pour les enfants ainsi que d'une belle piscine. Par contre il n'y a rien à visiter sur place. Je recommande vivement.
