We are a family of 5 (18 year old twin girls and a 13 year old boy) and Troulis Aparthotel and Bali ticked all the boxes for all of us - that is pretty hard to find! We booked a Deluxe apartment with sea view for my husband and I and an apartment with sea view for the kids to share. I contacted Troulis to ask if we could be located close together which I knew could be tricky as they are different room types. From this initial contact with the hotel I had great service. Superb english and a real genuine desire to help us. On this same call, they also booked a minivan to collect us at the airport. When we arrived (late at night and later than planned as flight our was delayed) Nick gave us such a wonderfully warm welcome. From that point on he never forgot our names and was always around from late afternoon into the evening for whatever we needed. We really looked forward to bumping into him to have a chat. The next morning we went to the breakfast buffet which is included with the room. Wow… we were blown away with the rooftop location - what a view of the bay. The breakfast was delicious. Great choice and fresh - cold and hot options available and different things every day over our 2 week stay. We soon met Patty who is the backbone of the place. She is a very special person who really does care about everyone having the BEST experience possible. She had real thought into allocating our rooms as close as she could and came to check that we were happy. This help and support continued for our whole trip. So many suggestions and tips when we asked got advice on days out and where to eat. We can’t thank her enough. The whole place exceeded our expectations. The location is second to none. The views are incredible. Just 1 minute walk to the beach and bars/restaurants and mini market. We really can’t find one thing that we could improve on. The location and value for money were incredible.

The hotel is clean and nice, we had a great time here. The breakfast was good and there was variety among the food. The room is cleaned every day except for sunday, but we were told that and it wasnt a problem. The towels were changed every 3 days. The ladies from the kitchen were so nice with us, if somenthing would be done, they would quickly bring us again. We loved our stay here and we will come back 100%. Bali is a great choice for someone who looks to relax and enjoy the little things. Troulis is too a great choice, like 2-3 minutes away from beach. There is a market right in front of it and a lot of tavernas around.

Kind and helpful staff, easily approachable by car, working AC. Quiet and friendly environment, clean rooms, the cleaning stagf is very kind. Close to the beach and there’s a great restaurant nearby Taverna Psaropoula: great food and cool waiters. Recommend it!

We are a family of 3 with a small baby and this place was perfect! The view from the balcony is stunning, Bali is a wonderful safe place and the staff are so helpful and accommodating. The breakfast has a nice view and there is a bar too with a lovely barman. Will definitely be coming back.
