Phenomenal way to describe this hotel establishment.. such tranquil and great beach vibes to the whole experience and atmosphere… the great and personalised service from the front desk staff Mr Ahadi and Miss Listya for absolutely warmth and passion (special shoutout to them!) .. The hotel room villa is great, with sea view of pantai keramas . It’s cleaned, meticulously detailed with amenities for stay use and the villas’s pool is quite large enough for swim laps. Other hotel facilities like the gym, spa, art gallery and library are an added gems! The breaks is very good also.. there is nothing much to complain about except for the shared public beach areas is a bit dirty littered with trash washed by the strong waves of the sea of Bali. Komaneka , definitely a class of its own! Superb and will come back in future!

Good hotel with lots of amenities and friendly staff. The location is near to Ubud centre and they offer an almost hourly shuttle service as part of your stay. Good hotel, would recommend!

Location can be good if you wish to stay with no disturbing. It can be inconvenient if you wish to go central. Service-wise, I have to compare apple to apple which is my previous stay in 5 star hotel in Bali central. I stayed in Pool villa (lower). Seres, as of July 2022, resort no longer offer any shuttle bus nor activities so I feel quite lack of services too. Service quality as in 5star hotel, english level of staff and some housekeeping details can be improved. My first impression was really disappointing when I checkin because of this 3 factors 1. I have to wait 1 hrs before checkin 2pm when I arrive in 1hour. Generally many hotels in singapore and bali also allowed me to go in earlier. 2. Even after they take 1hr+ of preparation , both 2 phones in the room were not working. Then I needed go upup to tell them and then it took 30mins to fix. And no lightbulb in my standing light too. 3. Near the bed, many insects body and part of wings left over hear & there. This was really bad but next day improved which means that first day housekeeping was not done well. Cleaness & Amenities, Bedding are really dusty so I started blocked throat and coughing once I sit down which never happened to me in my 7days in bali. Overall, it can be good stay with good experience of pool villa & floating breakfast (you must try if you are in pool villa!) This hotel, its quite young as 5year old, need many improvements in terms of service & housekeeping if they need long-run. I paid Sdg$200 per night so I would say 8tar in terms of value-in-price. I will not comeback. Thank you

Location is superb! Yoga barn 3mins, the street it’s located at are full of famous restaurant and prob the only place is quite lively after 10pm in ubud. Room’s quite nice and spacious actually(saw some online comments about old room)

We booked the villa for 2 nights and were not aware that the villa was not within the main compound. Nonetheless it was not so much of an issue as there is a buggy service to ferry you to an fro. We were initially worried about monkeys in the villa as it is just next to the Monkey Forest. However, we only encountered a monkey’s presence only once at the villa and it did not disturb us at all. The resort provides a shuttle service to Ubud Market once a day at 10.30am and a pick up at 5pm. There is a short cut to the villa next to the Monkey Forest entrance using the same path as the motorcyclists. Need to be wary of monkeys eyeing your bags though. Breakfast is sufficient to start the day. There is a ready to drink water dispenser in the villa. The cleanliness of the villa is acceptable but the other bathroom can make do with a good scrub. There are shower and bathtub in the main bedroom. Would we come back? Yes, but not at the rate that we had paid for. Understandably we stayed during the super peak period of Hari Raya and rates were double the normal price.

It was a great and relaxing stay here. Our room was spacious, was simple and classically decorated with the rice terrace view from the balcony. The grounds were well kept and healing to walk through. Nice view from their open air spa. Very friendly and personable service. Enjoyed the afternoon tea and a special balinese dance with dinner event one of of the evenings. Great location in the middle of restaurants and shops. Saw a couple of monkeys that minded their own business. Will be keen to check out and stay at their other newer Komaneka hotels :)

We adored this villa, it was so picturesque and serene. The main hotel building is on the main road in central Ubud which suffers terrible traffic, but once inside the hotel it’s another world. A minute walk down the path to the back of the hotel to this villa. The pool and the view speak for themselves. Hotel location is perfect for Ubud exploration. Service exceptional. Breakfast spread delicious and changed every day, also included gluten free options. We would definitely book again!

My recent stay at The Pari Sudha in Ubud, Bali, was delightful overall. The hotel exudes charm and offers a truly secluded getaway. However, there are a few logistical points future visitors should know to set expectations. Accessibility Getting to the hotel can be a bit challenging. The property is not located directly on the main road, and you'll need to navigate a narrow 150ish meter alley on foot or by scooter. When we arrived at the Google Maps pin for The Pari Sudha, we found a small ”reception” desk with no staff present. After calling the hotel, they promptly sent someone to pick us up and assist with our luggage, which was greatly appreciated. However, it would have been much more convenient if this information were shared in advance to avoid confusion. The Property Once you settle in, The Pari Sudha reveals its true beauty. The design is charming and blends seamlessly with the surrounding lush greenery. The pool in front of the forest adds a serene touch, offering sightings of squirrels and other wildlife, making it a peaceful retreat. We opted for the floating breakfast, which, while pricey due to the additional charge for the basket, was a unique experience. Our room came with a private pool just a few steps away. Although small, it was beautifully designed and added to the sense of luxury. This hotel is perfect for those seeking tranquility and a break from the bustling city life. Dining Options The hotel only serves breakfast. For other meals, there are plenty of good restaurants within walking distance, and food delivery options are readily available in Ubud. Be prepared to venture out for lunch or dinner as needed. Nearby Attractions The property also includes a temple on the lower ground, about a 10-minute walk away. Unfortunately, it is not well-maintained, so I’d recommend skipping it to save yourself the hassle. Hospitality The staff were consistently hospitable and accommodating. Their warmth added to the overall positive experience. I hope the property continues to be well-maintained so it can retain its charm for future guests. Final Thoughts Despite the initial challenges of locating and accessing the hotel, my stay at The Pari Sudha was memorable and relaxing. For those looking to unwind amidst nature and experience a quieter side of Ubud, this hotel is an excellent choice.

Villa is stunning, the rooms are cozy, but bathroom was a little “tired”, anyway it was clean and nice. I really liked decorations, staff was super friendly and the breakfasts were amazing! ✅ The view is amazing, villa is surrounded by nature, it’s calm, quiet and super nice! ❌ vehicle access. It’s super hard to get to the place by car, especially bigger ones, that you can usually take in the airport. I’ve ordered car 4 times and 3/4 times we got stuck in the middle of the road. All in all, if you are renting a bike or taxi-bike that should be all right.

We decided to stay at Kenran for 1 night after reading a mix of negative and positive reviews about this hotel. Our rooms are very spacious and nice with a lovely jungle view. Our a la carte breakfast was good. The staff are very nice and friendly. Surrounding views were amazing and truly authentic to Ubud nature. For our stay purpose and the price we paid, it's value for money. The hotel should have been rated a 5-star review for our stay if the following did not happen. First, in one of our parents' rooms, one body pillow was very smelly, which indicates it has not been washed or changed from previous guests. This unhygiene is unacceptable for a 5-star hotel. Second, on check-out date, we must walk up the 45 degree hill from our room to reception due to all 3 buggy cars running out of battery at 10am !?. Luckily, our old parents were able to use the last battery juice to get to the reception, while half of us weren't. This situation was truly embarrassing for such a hotel to let their guests, especially if they were children and the elderly to walk in an unsafe, wet, slippery, and high slope driveway. Staff was apologetic for the incident, but the situation could have been avoided if they had made sure all buggy cars were fully charged during the night before. We would like to stay at this place if the situations above were addressed properly.
