Holiday Inn properties in Bali

I stayed at the IHG Holiday Inn Express Bali Canggu, and the location is absolutely ideal. It's close to Batu Bolong Beach and the core business district of Canggu, making it incredibly convenient to get to all the popular网红 restaurants and surf spots. The hotel's standout feature is definitely the rooftop infinity pool, which offers breathtaking views of the coastal sunset at dusk. There's also a casual bar by the pool, perfect for a relaxing drink as the sun goes down. The rooms blend Balinese characteristics with modern, minimalist design. I especially want to commend the cleaners, Ari and Dwi, for their exceptional service. They were incredibly helpful, proactively offering extra bottled water. When I had an accident and made a mess in the bathroom after a night out, they cleaned it thoroughly without any complaints. Hanny, a server in the buffet area, was friendly, polite, and very attentive, providing excellent and thoughtful service. The breakfast buffet was extensive, offering a wide variety of both authentic Indonesian dishes and Western options. The front desk staff were also very kind and polite, always happy to assist with any travel inquiries. My only minor criticisms would be that the room size is relatively compact, and the number of loungers by the pool is limited, so it can be hard to find a spot during peak hours in the evening. Overall, the facilities are comprehensive, and it offers good value for money. It's a great choice for travelers who love surfing, exploring cafes, and want a relaxing holiday.

I had a great time at this hotel. The rooms were super clean and comfortable. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful with everything I needed. A big plus is their 24-hour restaurant service, which was very convenient. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!

Cleanliness: The room wasn't cleaned properly, and there was a lingering body odor in the bathroom from the previous guest. This is unacceptable for a five-star hotel. Facilities: The facilities are quite old, which is understandable given it's an older hotel. Ambiance: The surroundings outside the room are great. The swimming pool, restaurant, and bar have live music at night, creating a wonderful atmosphere. Service: Tiara at the front desk was very kind. Knowing I was traveling alone, she offered me a complimentary breakfast, a free drink, and a restaurant discount voucher.

The decor is a bit dated, and the bottled water wasn't great. Everything else was good, though. The breakfast was plentiful, and all the hotel staff were very friendly. The pool is large, with plenty of space to sunbathe. The beach is very close and clean, but the sea isn't suitable for swimming. The water is clear, and you can find small crabs under the rocks. If you exit the hotel and go left, diagonally across the street, there's a Chinese restaurant called 'Peace Restaurant' which has good prices and delicious food, plus there are many supermarkets nearby.
