This hotel has a very nice view and a very good environment. Unfortunately, no one maintains it, which makes the internal facilities dilapidated. When I checked in, it felt like there were only two staff members in the entire hotel. The room I chose was an independent pool villa, which was very cost-effective. The bed was very comfortable and the bedding was clean. The linen in the bathroom was a little worse and a bit old.

Wonderful stay in the jungle- we loved how the resort was set up- we felt able to immerse ourselves within nature. Great location to explore ubud and surrounding areas. The staff were amazing - so friendly and helpful - the service could not be faulted. We booked massages through the spa service which were wonderful! The resort also organised for us to do a jungle trek with a local guide which was a brilliant and memorable experience.
