The bungalow is nice and clean but my room got problems with the air conditioning. The water was leaking and the remote control didn’t work. I was suffering from the hotness. I was trying to find anyone from reception to solve the problem but non of them were available. They don’t care about guests after 10 pm. It’s unsafe to leave guests like this. I asked trip com to contact them and they also didn’t receive reply from hotel management.

1. The location of the hotel was not accurate, so I booked it because it was close to Elf Cliff Cliff. I went to the location at night and found it was not a hotel. I asked for directions again and found a hotel six kilometers away.
