I had the pleasure of experiencing a long stay at The One Umalas in Bali, and it truly exceeded my expectations. this service apartment strikes the perfect balance between modern comfort and Balinese charm. It's just a short drive to Canggu and Seminyak, making it convenient to explore nearby cafes, restaurants, and beaches. Yet, the area remains peaceful—perfect for long-term stays. The apartments are thoughtfully designed, with spacious layouts, sleek interiors, and fully equipped kitchenettes—perfect for those working remotely or staying for extended periods. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Would definitely return!

I had an incredible stay at The One Umalas! The room was extremely luxurious, with elegant décor and top-quality furnishings. Everything felt so premium and comfortable. What impressed me the most was the high-tech features. Everything was designed for convenience and a modern experience. Overall, it was a perfect blend of luxury and technology. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a top-class stay!

Best service apartment in umalas. Really good location near to canggu and near seminyak. Near souphoria. And try the oasis above nice food. Good crowds. Smart rooms. New places. Have good Italian restaurant la casetta beside. Best experience

Lovely Place. Excellent customer service with a beautiful rooftop heated pool and bar. Spacious room with a huge TV. Comes with smart room system and smart toilet. Very cool. Should try the food at rooftop bar. The pasta is fantastic. Great place to chill and relax.

total scam. I am one of the hundreds of investors in this complex. A raider took over the building, and criminal cases began. The current invader, Budiman Tiang, illegally provides services and provides them with extremely poor quality. Do not rent anything here, otherwise you will become an accomplice to violations and crimes.

Best Hotel Apartemen in Umalas .. The Location is strategic in Golden Triangle area between Canggu Seminyak and Kerobokan .. Luxury room and we use smart app make it easier when we stay .. The food we order in room service was good .. The scenery at rooftop bar and pool was macnificent .. Will comeback here ..

Very UNPLEASANT experience. Location is in the middle of nowhere, no amenities in the vicinity n it's very far from the beach. The complex is not well maintained despite being relatively new. Do take notel of insect bites from the rice field next door which might leave a permanent scar n it itches terribly. Will not be coming back here in the near future.

Spending family weekend here again and surprisingly much beyond my expectation from my first experience, everything are much improve, love the promotion for guest get free beer on their roof top bar called “Oasis Above”, from check in and Oasis Above bar services are so welcoming and friendly staff, Love it, thanks

Horrible place! Everything is dirty, shabby and smoke-filled. New building, but in terrible condition, peeling walls and not bad sewage. Constant noise, music from the bar on the roof. There is no service at all, all requests are ignored by the staff.
