We booked 2 bungalow rooms with lake view for my family and paid in advance with ***********. All confirmed. We messaged we were arriving at 6.30 that night. On arrival in the dark, the owner said he doesn’t use ***********, that we had no booking and he was full . It was the weekend and the national indonesian holiday time with the end of Ramadan (equivalent of Christmas new year holiday time.) so many many places booked out . We were left to drive around to find a place to stay. V stressful for my family. We are still trying to get our money back $100 +. We ended up in a very budget accom with a racetrack of bikes and jeeps all night .
