Regent Bali Canggu

Everything was exceptional! The staff were all incredible, the location was perfect, the accommodation was spectacular and everything had been thought about to make our stay perfect! Thanks to the whole team. I would recommend to anyone who wants a special holiday

My recent stay at the newest Regent hotel in Southeast Asia was truly delightful, especially considering my initial slight apprehension about the service at a newly opened resort. My worries were quickly dispelled. Prior to our arrival, the communication with the dedicated Regent Experience Agent via email and WhatsApp was very helpful. Our one-bedroom suite with an ocean view was beautifully appointed. The wooden décor, blending Balinese culture with a modern feel, created a wonderful ambiance. We also appreciated the impeccable cleanliness throughout the suite and the entire resort property. The benefits of my Club membership allowed us to enjoy the well-prepared food and beverages at the Regent Club lounge. During the cocktail hour, the bartender thoughtfully created a special cocktail at my request, which was a lovely touch. The Beach Club's lively atmosphere and excellent views of Canggu beach were enjoyable. However, we did feel that in-house guests could benefit from more distinct recognition or special treatment compared to outside visitors. The main swimming pool, while beautiful, lacked a beach view. Nevertheless, the poolside service was exceptional. In the mornings, we were thoughtfully offered mineral water, fruit juice, and even pastries. Breakfast, which featured a mini buffet alongside an à la carte menu, offered slightly fewer options than I anticipated. However, the service was truly outstanding, particularly from Sunandar. His attentiveness and helpful recommendations for dishes were greatly appreciated. Finally, I would like to extend my sincere gratitude to Mr. Elvan Septian, the Assistant Regent Club Manager, for his truly excellent service. His attention to detail and dedication went above and beyond. Note: The mattress was too firm for us, I left the comment to Elvan. There should be the option of topper for guest other than the pillow menu.

We have been guests for 6 nights and each were wonderful. King suite ocean view room has amazing view when you are in your bathtub or just by sitting at the balcony. Everywhere in hotel is clean and you will be taken care well. Staff is really polite and helpful. They think about everything for you so all you have to do is just sit back and relax. Rooms are clean and big, sorry huge. Decoration and architecture were both modern and cultural. All the visuals are like a feast to your eyes. You feel like you are sleeping in a forest next to the ocean. Perfect place to get peace, calm and quiet. Every day, we were dropped small gifts in our room, sometimes these were desserts, sometimes these were bracelets, sometimes these were incenses. These small gifts have separate places in our hearts. All the staff and crew were well coordinated, they know your name and surname. They always smile and are very polite. When you go to the restaurant, they coordinate room cleaning etc when you are not there. We did not get a single accidental call or a knock on the door while we were resting inside the room. Another thing is, contacting the hotel is so easy. You communicate via whatsapp with guest relations, concierge, and restaurants for reservations and feedbacks. You can plan tours to the places of interests in Bali, get a massage appointment. You can also call buggy cars to your location to travel across the resort. For the tour packages, they came with a personal tour guide and VIP car (+driver), drinks, included lunch at a local restaurant (was delicious btw) and enterance fees. The tour takes the whole day, a bit tiring, but definitely worth it. For the food, they have multiple restaurants and Michelin star chef. Breakfast was at Taru Restaurant and gives you a big variety of options, menu is rich, also tasty. Staff is polite and smiling as always. For dinner we have been to Sazon Restaurant and it was delicious. The menu is not huge but they have amazing expertise at all they prepare. First you feast with your eyes, second with your mouth and last with your heart, and it stays there. Overall Regent Bali Canggu won both me and my wife. The place is definitely outstanding and amazing. The experience was wonderful. If you are looking for a top quality, relaxing holiday, this is your place. We came over to Regent Canggu Bali for our honeymoon and words can't describe how wonderful our experience has been! From the first moment we stepped into the lobby we felt very welcomed by the whole staff! We had a great tour of the establishment and we're amazed by how beautiful it is. The room is very clean and all the furnitures are top class. The bed especially is the BEST mattress that my wife and I have ever slept on! The service from the staff is top notch and ensured that all our needs were met! My wife and I want to thank the whole Regent Canggu team for making our honeymoon so unforgettable!

Luxury in Canggu was a delight. Staff were eager, there was extremely low occupancy and it will be interesting to see how well they are prepared for much higher occupancy. We were located in a corner suite with a glimpse of the ocean. We also had Club Lounge access which was amazing. We’ve stayed at the Regent in Phu Quoc and there are some offering differences. 1. The inroom minibar is not replenished daily, Phu Quoc is replenished daily; 2. Free laundry is included (which is amazing) and unlike the Regent Phu Quoc there are no limits to the number of items that can be laundered. Phu Quoc had a limit of 3 items per day I recall. Housekeeping was excellent although they need to remember to replace the laundry bag and laundry item list. We had to ask for it to be replaced on a couple of occasions. Turn down service was as expected. Lovely biscuits, chocolates and other tiny gifts at turndown were welcomed. In the suite (I can’t speak for other rooms) there is a privacy blind in the bathroom. There is no blockout blind over the top of it. There is also no door between the bathroom and the bedroom (there is a door between the bedroom and the lounge). The consequence of these two things combined means that if you are sensitive to light you will need to bring your eye mask if you want to sleep past 7am. An easy solution would be to add a block out blind in addition to the privacy blind. Breakfast was amazing and we tried it at both Taru and the club lounge. Both were excellent. Service very attentive (there were only very limited number of patrons given the low occupancy). The beef and chicken satay at breakfast was a standout. The coffee was also very good. We ate at the hotels’ Spanish restaurant Sazón, the night before its official opening and were impressed. The grounds are amazing and if you didn’t feel like walking around, the buggy service was always very prompt. Again likely a result of the low occupancy. We stayed for 7 days, each day there was no one else at the main swimming pools, it was like they were own own personal pools. The beach club pool was were it was at. It was popular with guests from outside of the resort welcomed for a fee. This proved problematic if you are a guest of the hotel as the security detail situated throughout the resort often stopped us to check our room number. On one occasion whilst we were walking back to our room from a swim in the beach club pool, the security guard took my room key packet off me and studied both of the keys turning them around to check both sides. We felt like we were unnecessarily interrogated. I understand why they want to prevent external guests from wandering around the property. There’s surely other ways to distinguish between the guests. Maybe different wristbands for different types of guests. Or put a card reader on the doors for exiting the club that only allows in house guests to exit without escort. Another highlight was happy hour and canapés at the club lounge

An amazing ultra luxury beach resort in canggu!! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded expectations. The staff was incredibly welcoming, attentive, and went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. The room was spotless, beautifully designed, and unbelievably comfortable with every detail was just right. Whether it was the little touches or the overall atmosphere, it was clear they truly care about their guests. I can’t recommend this place enough. Easily one of the best stays I’ve ever had!
