Very comfortable cozy villa with private pool and a kitchen . Newly built and the villa managet very responsible n responsive. Any request were attended immediately. Very recommended

First of all, this is not a hotel, and the price/performance ratio is extremely low. I don't recommend it at all.
1. There was no one when we checked in, and the villa staff didn't receive our order, so they didn't know we were going to check in.
2. You can't store your luggage at all, the villa staff has a very bad attitude and doesn't try to help

The Villa's swimming pool is very big, the water is always flowing, the water is very clean, the room is new and clean, there are massage parlors and restaurants nearby, it is not super busy, but it is enough, the hotel gave an address, and the housekeeping staff will be there after arrival We waited at the agreed place and helped guide the route. The villa is in an alley and it takes about 1-2 minutes to walk there. Fruit and coconut water were prepared for us in the living room when we arrived on the first night. Unfortunately, the room was not cleaned at all when we returned from the second night. There was no coconut water to drink as expected, which was a bit disappointing compared to the first day of stay. After all, the price for two consecutive days was the same and not cheaper. Very good villa!!! The most comfortable one we stayed in during our stay in Bali. The villa is very clean and bright, the water in the swimming pool is very clean, the swimming pool is relatively large, there are dedicated staff, and the villa is close to the Ubud Palace. It's just that the grab is not accurate in positioning, and it takes about 5 minutes to walk out.
