"I had booked a room for one night with a double bed, but when I arrived – in what was a complete mess, by the way – I found that I had been given two single beds instead. Besides that, the place was filthy, with poor customer service. The pool was extremely dirty with green algae, and there was mold everywhere in the room and bathroom. There was a hole in the ceiling, leaks, and the property and corridors were poorly maintained and far from clean. I didn’t even have toilet paper or a towel in my room, which I expect as a minimum upon arrival. When I asked for these, they said the towels were still in the laundry and that I should buy my own toilet paper as they don’t provide it. Can you believe it?
