This villa is amazing! I will come back any time. The staff is really kind, the room was huge and incredible. Every details was made so you will feel at home. Special mention for the gym and the breakfast

Location:
No nearby restaurant. Walk way out of the hotel is horrific. Very deep in the alley. Even grabs find it hard to reach. No light, pitch black, potholes all over the road. It’s located at a very very quiet dark alley. On peak hours, expect madness traffic if you’re moving in a car.
Cleanliness:
Day 1 - 3 was staying in sky villa. Pool isn’t very clean. Dead insect and lizard poop everywhere, including the towel hanger. The bathtub upstairs is dark and dirty and disgusting. Doesn’t seemed to have been cleaned by cleaner.
Day 3 - 4 stayed in grand villa. Absolute nightmare. Cockroaches everywhere! In total there’s about 8 over one night. In the morning cockroaches floating in the pool. Good luck to those who wants to swim.
Room condition:
Dilapidated. Furniture very old. Door in grand villa can’t even be closed (the hinge is just off the mark).
Overall, photos of villa are really deceiving. Stay is horrible. No convenient store nearby. Breakfast is at most mediocre with some choices being absolutely bad.
ABSOLUTELY NOT RECOMMENDED!

Location of the villa isn’t as good as it sounds like the other reviews. You can’t walk out at all because it’s really far in….villa is really good for people who just wanna chill and not leave the villa at all. Potholes at the road going in/out of the villa is really bad. There’s barely any flat ground to drive on which can be kinda scary when you’re riding on a motorbike.
We had a “visitor” in our room, playing with the hangers vigorously at night while we’re sleeping. Making a lot of noise. We didn’t change our room because we can’t be bothered but if you’re afraid, you should probably change the room. It can get quite disturbing and loud in the middle of the night.
Nevertheless, Service was excellent despite the location. Hotel is kinda clean and new. Basic amenities are provided. Though you have to pay for bath salts/bubble for the bathtub usage. They also charge you for ice if you request for a bucket but a bowl is free.
