1. The shower water is sometimes cold and sometimes hot, very unstable 2. The air conditioner worked well at first, I don't know if it was because of the rain or something, but the cooling was very poor afterwards. I turned it on 16 degrees and it was just natural wind 3. It seems that white people and Chinese are treated differently. Normally breakfast is at 10 o'clock and dinner is closed at 9 o'clock in the evening. OK, although I thought it was only one minute away, it was okay. I followed the rules. But at 10:10 the next morning, a white person came to order and successfully ate. Isn't it closed at a fixed time? 5. Breakfast is very small and is made to order. There are only one or two good dishes. Each person can only choose one. I asked for three more slices of ham, which also cost extra. 6. The location of this hotel is very remote. It only occupies a good environment. But they do not allow any device other than mobile phones to take pictures. Not to mention SLR cameras, small film cameras and CCD cameras are not allowed because they have their own shooting team. If you want to use a camera, you have to pay them to take pictures. It feels like a forced sale. Obviously, you spend money to buy the environment for taking pictures. 7. More importantly! I don’t know how other room types are. The WiFi in the suite is very poor. The signal is also weak. It often disconnects or is too slow. The hotel can’t solve it. 8. The toilet leaked on the first day, but it was fixed in time. The toilet will smell from time to time on rainy days. 9. At dinner, I was too lazy to go back to the room to get water. I wanted a glass of water, but I still had to pay. I had to pay for a glass of water. Don’t be so ugly. They call it free water for breakfast? ? And the chicken ordered for dinner was terrible

It feels like living in a tropical rainforest. The hotel is not particularly large but very exquisite. The suite is large and the breakfast is good, but there are a lot of mosquitoes. The staff are also very nice.

I booked this hotel randomly, but was pleasantly surprised. It has an antique and exotic feel, is very quiet, has two swimming pools, and a rich breakfast. I like it very much.

La Santa Rosa is a relatively new accommodation option with a strong natural style in Ubud, Bali. If you are sensitive to the natural environment or afraid of insects, it is recommended to book a suite type room directly; if you have a limited budget and like to feel close to nature, the cabin is also a good choice, but please be mentally prepared. Very cool authentic hotel! Unity of nature and incredible architecture. Very cool pools, and unusual sun loungers and umbrellas! The rooms are good, the staff cares about your comfortable stay! At night they draw the curtains, renew the water, and give compliments in the form of cookies! The level of service is 5 * hotel! I recommend it to everyone, a great place for unity with nature interspersed with beautiful architecture.
